And worth the money I paid for it
The assembly instructions was in Chinese
So I emailed lifted to tell them and within the hour they sent me instructions in English
So if you are willing to wait that bit longer for delivery I would recommend lifted

I spent over £1,400 on this bed
I spent over £1,400 on this bed, expecting a brand-new, high-quality product. What I received instead was extremely disappointing. The bed arrived in used condition, with visible wear, scratches, and damage to multiple parts.
I immediately contacted the seller, hoping for a fair resolution. Despite my detailed messages and photo evidence, they refused a full refund and only offered 20% compensation or partial replacement — completely unacceptable given the condition of the item. I paid for a new product, not a second-hand one.
Worse, their customer service has been dismissive, slow to respond, and unwilling to take proper responsibility. This entire experience has caused me not only financial loss but also a great deal of stress and wasted time.
I strongly advise others to avoid this seller. If you value your money and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

Worst experience. Stay away from them . Their goods are delivered from China to UK . They promise delivery in 1 month but takes over 2 months to deliver. Interestingly , they offer unrealistic 48 hours return window for return with no information on how to return. The pictures of the product on their website are glorified but I am afraid actual products are not. Also, the items that get delivered at 2 month after placing order are substandard and there is no Customer support at all. In the name of customer support, you will be kept busy by exchanging emails. Overall, you are stuck , your money goes waste and you can not use the faulty product. i don't know how this company is allowed to operate in the UK but I would urge everyone not to fall in the trap and explore more before ordering.
Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Product, Broken Promises, and Zero Accountability
I ordered two bedside tables from LitFad (a company based in China/Hong Kong), and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
First, the shipping took 72 days to arrive — far beyond the already long estimated delivery time of 40–50 days. When the package finally arrived, the items were damaged. I immediately took clear photos and sent them to their customer support, expecting at least a fair resolution.
At first, they refused to do anything about it. After weeks of back-and-forth communication, they finally agreed to issue a 30% refund. While I was not satisfied, I accepted it just to move on. But then, unbelievably, they went back on their word, claiming that my order did not have insurance, and therefore they couldn’t process the refund — nor would they accept a return.
This kind of dishonest, unreliable customer service is completely unacceptable. Not only did they sell and ship a damaged product, but they also reneged on a refund agreement. They have shown no responsibility, no professionalism, and no respect for customers.
I strongly advise others to avoid LitFad. Their products are low quality, delivery is extremely delayed, and customer support is evasive and unhelpful. I regret ever placing an order with this company.

Pedí mesa de centro. Seis meses después llega una caja con todas las tablas rotas. Ya lo sabían al parecer. Ahora intento devolución y me dicen que me dan un 5% del precio como compensación. La mesa no se puede montar ni, evidentemente, usar. No me dan solución para devolver.tengo fotos.

En la web fotos bonitas, pone que es madera escandinava.
Al cabo de 3 semanas recibimos una caja toda estropeada con letras chinas gigantes.
Abrimos la caja para encontrar piezas de aglomerado, y alguna piezas de madera barata.
Hemos montado el mueble con las instrucciones en chino. Todas las piezas son de pésima calidad, horrible.
Una vez montado : se trata de una mala copia de lo pedido y con material de lo peor que se puede encontrar.
Contactamos con soporte por mail y contestan que hemos recibido exactamente lo que está en la web, que si no estamos contentos podemos reenviar (pagando nosotros).

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! Shocking customer service! I ordered a piece of furniture which arrived without instructions. They then sent me instructions that didn’t match my product. They then sent me a video link to some warehouse in china that didn’t show me how to construct my product but thousands of others that I had to trawl through. I then realised I didn’t have the right fittings but they argued I had been supplied with the correct fitting. Despite over 100 email this is still not resolved. I have asked for my money back and they are not returning my emails. This company is very unreliable and I advise anyone not to purchase products from them.

If I could give a zero star I would. Do not order from this website. I ordered a computer desk for my son. Arrived months later than expected delivery. When it eventually arrived, the box was damaged as was the product. The desk had two big holes on the top, crated and chips. The desk is not stable and has to be leveled using cardboard under the leg.
Customer services are useless, after sending pictures the best they could offer me was a dinosaur or unicorn lamp!! On refusal of this insane offer they offered me 5% of my money back as they said there wasn't anything wrong with the product apart from minor flaws!!! When I explained that when you buy a new product either from the shop or online you expect it to be in perfect condition, they couldn't care less. Absolute terrible experience, stay away from this website!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two lights for my front yard, but only received one — and it was the wrong size. The product didn’t match the description on their website at all. When I contacted customer service to request a refund and provided photos and videos as proof, they refused to help. Worst of all, their responses were incredibly unprofessional and dismissive — it felt like they were mocking me in every reply. They showed know understanding or even an apology for the error that is occurring on their end and unfortunately it was the customer who lost in this case.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I truly believe this website is a scam. Please save your time, money, and energy — do not buy from them.

I ordered an expensive corner jacuzzi bath from Litfad in August 2024, costing me $3,700. I have yet to receive anything. Initially, delivery was promised for November 2024, but then I was told the parcel was lost. They claimed they would reissue the item for January 2025—again, nothing arrived.
After that, they blamed the "busy period" and pushed the delivery to March 2025. Once again, no delivery. They have given me nothing but excuses for months. Now, they have completely stopped replying to my emails, and they refuse to refund my money.
This company is dishonest and unreliable. They make promises they don’t keep and have no regard for customers once they take your money.
This has been a nightmare. Litfad should be blacklisted and removed from the internet. Save yourself the frustration—DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Poor quality, terrible customer service
Purchased a furniture item - it took many weeks to arrive and when I received it, the quality was very poor for the high price and more importantly, it was damaged in several places. Customer Service has be very slow to respond and although they acknowledge that I have received a damaged / not-as-advertised item, they are continually evasive and so far refusing to provide a refund.

Litfad poor quaility and poor service
Buying from Litfad was a completely negative experience, and I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them. I purchased a set of three ceiling fans that were expensive and we assumed were high quality, but the reality was far from it. The remotes were only in Chinese and the best customer service could offer was a translation. They were advertised as dimmable but that as just false advertising. To top it off, one of the fans stopped working within just two weeks. Customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive and unhelpful. This has been one of the worst online purchases I’ve ever made.

Assembly was simple and used standard components, all parts and fittings present (with some spares, which was helpful). There were paper instructions (with pictures, and description in Chinese), and a qr code leading to a video.
Despite other reviews, all went ok and I would recommend. Good luck
Caution 3 months to get a broken desk
Ordered a desk on 20/3/25 it arrived late May damaged I asked for refund In order to get refund I needed to return item to China I logged a dispute with PayPal (paid via PayPal)
then started negotiating started at 5% ended up at 35% which I ended up accepting
refund came in this morning disappointed at overall experience and quality of item received
