Life Ledger has been absolutely amazing. My mum died recently and I was able to contact all of her credit card companies, Pensions, Bank accounts, phone and internet providers, home insurance, water company, energy supplier all in one go. I uploaded the death certificate, filled in a few personal details, searched for each account and added account numbers for each provider, pressed send and within a few days most of those had either gotten in touch via the platform or outside of it. Saved me a lot of annoying and difficult phone calls at an unpleasant time. I cant speak highly enough of them. Beth and the team have kept me updated via emails and are on hand if there is anyone requesting anything different or not communicating effectively.
This service really needs to be promoted by others, I only found out about it by chance on a crematorium website. No coroners or funeral directors mentioned it and they really should as it saves so much time and agony!

Life Ledger provided a notification service that helped my family at a very difficult time. It can be frustrating dealing with certain companies and Life Ledger certainly helped reduce the stress after a close family bereavement.

I came across Life Ledger quite late in the day after the passing of my mum which is a shame as it would have saved me so much time!

I was able to send my notifications and not have to spend hours on hold or conduct awkward conversations. It also saved me time from having to find the contact details of the companies I needed to notify.

Took some of the stress away - just wish I’d found them sooner.

Great people and such a good idea. Having one point of contact to make multiple notifications to all those companies saves so much effort and heartache at a difficult time. Life Ledger know what the companies need so you don’t have to. What’s not to like? It’s easier for the companies too who are much happier to deal with someone (or AI) emotionally detached and familiar with their systems too, which is why it’s easier for everyone all round. Save yourself a massive headache and use them!

Having recently lost my Mother, quite suddenly, we were somewhat at a loss and the deluge of 'sadmin' could have been overwhelming, however Life Ledger made this so much easier.

With an initial couple of hours sourcing paperwork, registering and then inputting data onto Life Ledger feedback felt almost immediate.

The messages received from the Life Ledger team have always been courteous, empathetic and efficient.

This service has been extremely helpful at a pretty awful time, when paperwork and admin is the last thing we wanted to worry about.

I am extremely grateful that this service was recommended by the Funeral Directors and to the Life Ledger team.

I recently lost my mother & Life Ledger was recommended by a friend. You create an account & then input details of all the companies & organisations that need notifying of that persons death.

It leads you through the process telling you exactly what details it requires. Some companies need 2 different ID’s and you will generally need to know an account reference of some sort. Once loaded they take over & do all the notifications keeping you updated how things are going.

The staff are amazing. They care about doing it right & can spend hours or days sorting out problems. All things you normally have to do yourself.

Best of all it’s completely free & in times of great stress it’s worth it’s weight in gold.

The staff have been very helpful in dealing with the requests in such a fast and efficient manner, and have been very considerate and kind in their responses and mannerisms.

I tried to use Life Ledger to contact 3 organisations: NS and I, NatWest andSainsbury’s bank.

When nothing happened after uploading various documents, death certificate, funeral invoice etc I NS and I and NatWest (Sainsbury’s didn’t answer the phone) and no one at either NS and I orNatWest bereavement teams had heard of Life Ledger so I had to submit everything separately.
In the absence of any acknowledgment from Sainsbury’s re the uploaded documents I have sent the relevant documents by post.

Life Ledger has been a frustrating waste of time.

We used this service 2 weeks ago following the death of our dad.
We have found it to be total rubbish - not one company that we selected and submitted details for was actually informed -
Reassure
TV licence
O2 mobile network
Sky Tv/ Broadband
British Gas
Seven Trent Water.
I know this as the above companies continued to try and take payment... Meaning I had to make all the calls to explain we had tried to cancel through
'Lifeledger'. Not one of the above companies had received any info, and as such it meant going through everything on the phone, several times.
So in a nutshell, would I recommend? Absolutely not.

I consider Life Ledger an invaluable asset, especially if you have several organisations to notify of a death. Just upload relevant documents to them and the very friendly,efficient team do the rest. The website is extremely user friendly and you are kept informed throughout. I thoroughly recommend!

I can wholeheartedly recommend the LIFE LEDGER death notification service to relatives, executors, personal representatives of somebody who has died. The service simplified my administering the somewhat chaotic estate of a recently deceased relative. Unlike the better known (but severely limited and poorly designed) 'Death Notification Service', LIFE LEDGER can contact scores of organisations on your behalf. Furthermore, if the organisation is not already in their database, they will set it up and follow through. The website is well designed and one can follow the progress of each notification. I found the team responsive, friendly and very helpful. Obviously, there is admin work to be done afterwards with each organisation but LIFE LEDGER saves one the hassle of researching and contacting each individually. Altogether, a great service - and even free!

The registration process crashed repeatedly on both imac and chromebook. I'm giving up on it. Yet one more timewasting bit of frustration after the death of my father.

SHABBY SERVICE, asked for a call following issue with shared information and did not receive a response, my uploaded document were not shared with institutions therefore need to revisit every thing dealing direct,

Yet to get any feedback from this company. I was directed to it by O2 when I went to cancel my Mums contact following her passing. As yet Lifeledger have done an 'active' check on my bank account but not taken the £12.99 fee, which is odd... another peculiarity is when detailing my Mums details they ask if the property is inhabited or empty. Why would they need to know that?? I will check back, if & when i hear from them.
