They will call you to renew a prescription every couple days, BUT if you email them or text them to get some information they will not respond! So it seems like they are only interested in you when they want to sell you something, but not to provide you with help otherwise. There are tons of Online Canada Pharmacies selling the same medications, so customer service is what counts.

UPDATE: Trustpilot is threatening to remove this review unless I am willing to provide additional personal information. I do not come on this site to post fake reviews, but to let others know of my experience with a company/business. Apparently that is not the purpose of this site anymore. Is Trustpilot going to to be contacting people who post glowing 5 star reviews of companies that have many negative reviews?? I doubt it. I stand by my original review, its been over 2 weeks since I contact this company 2 times via email and have still not received a reply. At this point I am not interested in some "BS We're Sorry" response from them.

You sent me Eliquis 5mg pills. The order was for 168 tablets. Every box of Eliquis has 3 sheets x 10 tab. = 30 tab. You sent 6 boxes of Eliquis. But in one box, 1 sheet=10 tablets was removed. It means I received 170 tablets. 90-day supply means 180 tablets. I don't see any reason for removing 1 sheet, because 6 boxes x 30 tablets would make exactly 180 tablets. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered a refill of a prescription for inhalers. The original order had been shipped and arrived without problems. The refill package was opened and the canisters confiscated as hazardous material at Zurich International Airport. The package arrived without the canisters containing the medication. LifeRx reordered the refill without charge to me and this package arrived intact. I appreciate LifeRx Pharmacy’s professionalism and patience care.
