Brought Symprove via this company back in 2017 and they were excellent and the prices where great delivery was great excellent service shame they are not around anymore.

Received bottle of massage oil with defective seal. Sent email with picture. Followed up for four days no replies to emails direct to them and on their website. Unable to contact via phone. Customer service is non existent

Took too long! No use for item now

I read the online page and the price was good, but i forgot to check TP !! The delivery when Royal mail got the package was good. The order was placed on Thursday, could have been posted Friday, but no, The order was not dispatched until the following week. In these days of internet service, same/next day dispatch is the norm. Also the price for the ideal delivery is next day for this item. You cannot see the price, £9.99 until after you have given all your payment + personal information. The next day charges are not shown on the delivery cost site page, I checked. I have just ordered a bench grinder, on Ebay, weight 5kg, next day delivery £4.95 extra. The next day delivery excessive cost makes this purchase actual cost not such a bargain !! The probiotics need, are better chilled and delivered fast, or they will degrade and not be as effective. Many poor Trustpilot reviews match my experience. The better one's , I question ??

I ordered 12 packs of Vivomixx, but Lifestyle Labs only delivered four. I e-mailed them approximately five times and never heard a single word from them after three months (other than that a person was assigned to my complaint, although they never followed up). Of course I am extremely disappointed considering I spent ~150 Euros on their products and only received about 50 Euros worth. It should go without saying that I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I had read some bad reviews on this website and I was indeed worried myself when something went wrong with my order that I wouldn't be able to sort it out.

However I must say that my experience was completely different. The response was quite fast and they were able to sort it out the issue immediately.

I am very satisfied with their services and will definitely order from them again.

I have to sadly agree with the reviews posted here. What has gone wrong with this company? When it's founder, Valerian, was keeping tabs, it was faultless. Rapid response to customer queries and very knowledgable response when asking for nutritional advice. Now no one responds, emails remain unanswered and there is no telephone number to contact them. A textbook case in how to lose control of your business. And lose customers. Epic fail.

I have dealt with Lifestyle Labs a few times. It's okay whilst things are going well, but when they go wrong they don't reply to emails, no matter how often you try to contact them. There is no telephone number, so no customer service at the end of a phone or email. There is zero common sense involved with sending out goods that are chill items. Sending chilled products so it will arrive after the weekend, this is because they fail to fulfil the order the same day, which they say they do if done before a certain time. My product usually a next day delivery took 5 days from ordering to arrive. They take no responsibility for their actions.
They send out an automated reply saying 'Oops we seem to have done something wrong, or along those lines and that's all you get, nothing else. There isn't anyone there. It's likely a one man band and all dealt with from a fulfilment warehouse.THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES WHO SUPPLY the Vivomixx probiotics. I am going to try one. If they don't seem any good then I will go back to the producer of Vivomixx.

They sent me the wrong order and never refunded me there is no phone number for contact and they never answer the email do not recommend lost $85.

Bought a probiotic. Arrived within 48 hours as stated, but wrong product. Emailed straight away but not received any reply. Cannot ring as no telephone number. They 'invite' customer to send product back and 'they will refund your postage'. Wouldn't trust them to do that. Will NEVER order from them again and will be telling everyone I know about this company.

Shockingly bad customer service, in fact non-existent. Where on Earth to start? Short(ish) version. Ordered multivitamins WAY back in March. Didn't sign up to auto-subscription or even register, checked out as a guest. Received an email notification on Thursday morning thanking me for my order of the same item ... hadn't ordered it. Was going to call to ensure they didn't post it but they have no phone number, only email contact, but they assure customers they strive to reply within the hour. So, emailed to say I didn't want it, hadn't ordered it and if I was on a subscription list to remove me from it. Did receive a 'reply' fairly quickly to inform me that my subscription preferences had been noted, but it was an automatic reply stating they'd send a full response by return. They didn't. I emailed again asking for a specific response but no. THEN NEXT TWO DAYS received notifications of further orders and dispatches. Emailed SEVERAL times increasing in anger and STILL NO RESPONSE!!! Don't EVER order from these guys! I am on a low income and I can't AFFORD to lose this money. I called my bank on Saturday and was told I'd have to wait till Monday to contact debit card disputes dept which I will do first thing. I just pray I get through to them before any more bloody money comes off my account!!

. I place an order few months ago, using the monthly option delivery. In April they stopped sending my vitamins, I got in touch via email. I received an email back, mentioning that they were temporarily out of stock, which is fine, it can happen. What really got me annoyed is that I've been told to buy the vitamins elsewhere, as they could not establish how long it would have taken to have them in stock. So I wrote a complain email, making the point that, at the very least they could have let me know before I found out. Since then I've sent 3 email and I had no reply since. I have cancelled my order,. BE AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO TELEPHONE CONTACTS, THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE.

I have used these people regularly for a long time and until now they have been fine but my recent order has not been sent out and they have ignored all of my emails requesting an update despite taking a substantial payment from me. They have also recently stopped offering any telephone support so you cannot speak to them.

I placed an order two weeks ago. My order got split into 2 separate parcels. They used the same tracking code for both parcels so I can't track the missing parcel! I have left several messages and contacted them via email. Still not a word. I think I've lost my money!! Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a probiotic on this website, called Vivomixx 30 sachets (it's similar to VSL #3)

After several weeks they haven't sent it yet, so i sent a message and they claimed it was out of stock ( there was plenty of stock when i place the order..)

Then, i got a message that the probiotic had shipped, but no tracking number was given! Weird?

More weeks went by and i sent 2 messages, i didn't get any reply by ''Valerian'' this time. :/

I feel i got scammed, the probiotic is pricey and i never got the probiotic or the money back ( or an answer!)

Competitive prices and fast delivery, I get a majority of my supplements from them.
I had to contact them in couple occasions, Valerian was very quick to respond. They are just fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

I've used Lifestyle Labs for 3x Orders of supplements, their pricing is competitive and the subscription service meant that I could get an even better price and automatically receive a repeat order without fuss.

Quick to communicate when emailed with a question and fast dispatch+delivery.

Highly recommended.

I have been using Lifestyle Labs since September 2015 & from my experiences with them I am really pleased. Delivery is spot one and the few times I have been in touch with the customer service team they have helped me & rectified any problems I've had very quickly. If anything is out of stock, simply sign up to the email or text update to let you know when those things are back in stock, great feature as I have the VSL#3 probiotics which are very popular & the text update ensures I don't miss out. I order from them every month & will continue to do so, so in a nut shell I would definitely recommend & pleased with the service they provide.

I was concerned for several reasons, I typed in my card details and unusually for an online payment all the numbers were visible instead of being automatically concealed and then when I tried to update the review on the websites review site I didn't get a confirmation that the review was published and couldn't get connected to change it. Otherwise, I did receive my order and all is well. As a first time user, the box for the code was not apparent so I may have missed it altogether.
I would also like to make a recommendation to what seems like an error on the manufacturer's information leaflet. Usually and confirmed by an NHS dietician, probiotics should be taken on an empty stomach but the leaflet says to take with food.
A direct contact email would have been useful as leaving a message via the site doesn't seem satisfactory.

I have tried 4 times over a 6 week period to ask them to change or cancel my subscription, including sending a letter by post. So far I have been ignored.
