Both my wife and I have been using the antiperspirant/deodorant for about 5 years now. The glass bottles are still going strong, never leak when we travel and are easy to refill. The lid on mine is starting to show it's age a little but I almost take pride in that! The scents are great and as someone who sweats more than the average bear I'm very happy with the effectiveness of what I've buying. It's also dead easy to change/ postpone delivery and super easy to get in touch with people to get things sorted on the rare occasions there's been an issue - normally my fault. The only reason its not a 5 stars is that this is still a bit more expensive than disposable options however it's close and well worth it for the steps towards lower waste!

I use the deodorant which I like and it’s effective. The perfume is gentle and I have been able to easily manage my subscription. It’s simple to refill and the container is simple and stylish.

I’m a subscription customer. My recent order never arrived despite already having paid for it. Emailed Customer Service who said they are out of stock and could I hang on until mid-February. They also said they’d sent me an email detailing the delay which I didn’t receive.

UPDATE: Following my review above, I’ve been contacted by Farrida in Customer Services offering me a free refill of their sensitive toothpaste to tide me over until my subscription order arrives. Apparently, the email I didn’t receive offered the option to switch to sensitive refills as a one-off which I would have accepted had I received the said email. I’d have also chosen to switch if that had been offered in my first contact with Customer Services instead of just being offered a refund or to hang tight.

Anyway, all’s well that ends well and thank you to Farrida for sorting this out.

Love the minty taste and flavour is delicious, you can tell its not got any nasty chemicals in. Great that the refills are recyclable and can fill up the glass container, lasts a good time, but the push down top does jam sometimes or toothpaste over shoots. But practice makes perfect.

I like the toothpaste, and the principle of reducing plastic waste by having a toothpaste dispenser, but am not finding the online subscription to be cost effective.
The options for order frequency are quite limited, with 6 months (24 weeks) being the least often that subscribing customers are able to request refills. You can only delay your order by 2 weeks, and you are only able to reschedule delivery within the same month of your order.
You can also order no fewer than 3x65ml refills, which is more than most single users get through in 6 months, with dentists recommending only a pea size amount of toothpaste twice a day,
I therefore have a backlog of unused, unopened refills, as I am unable to use up one refill before the next one, and even the one after, arrives.
I have also noticed that the ‘original mint’ in the green pack clogs the dispenser more than the ‘classic mint whitening’ refill in the pink packaging, which I received as a trial gift.
I tried to edit my order online to the trial toothpaste and my subscription went up. In my view, you should be able to edit your order to any of the other flavours of toothpaste without a price increase. You should also be able to choose to receive only 1x65ml refill x 6 monthly if you wish, with your subscription then being reduced accordingly.
Customer services should be quicker to address customer problems, and have adequate stock to replace jammed dispensers, which seems to be a common problem other reviewers have experienced.
As I won’t be able to use the minimum order of 3x65ml refill packs within 6 months, the subscription service is wasteful, and therefore not cost effective. For this reason, I am considering cancelling my subscription and going back to branded toothpaste tubes.

So far I received the trial starter pack, 1 pump with toothpaste and now 2 months later I have been sent another pump and refill . They have taken 49.50 out of my account

Poor communication.

I have been using the toothpaste for a while, and love it. The real issue is with dispensing it! After a while, the toothpase seems to congeal, and the pump can't cope. I have found that I have to dilute the stuff with a bit of water to be able to get it out of the bottle. However, even after flushing the pump with hot water, I can't get the plunger to return easily to the top of its travel. Maybe the return spring isn't strong enough, or maybe it wasn't tested with the product thoroughly enough.

I've been a customer for almost a year (my 2025 new years resolution was to be more environmentally friendly) and its been a super positive experience.
The original dispenser needs constant hot water cleaning so it doesn't clog, but they have listened and redesigned.
The refills are compostible.
The toothpaste itself has a lovely taste and my teeth feel really clean.
The customer service is excellent. Email responses are incredibly quick and solution driven.
Would highly recommend.

Great values and simple subscription system. Very responsive customer support too. I get the toothpaste and the deodorant and recommend them both to everyone.

Embarked on this journey happy and hopeful. I hoped to reduce my plastic use and never buy another dispenser. This was not to be! The dispenser is useless unless you have the strength of a giant - definitely no use for a family. We ended up with the lid unscrewed and having to scrape toothpaste out the pot!!!! Not what I signed up for. Thoroughly disappointed and feel cheated frankly.

Great refillable and eco friendly products, have use for some time . Really like that they drop thru my door regularly

They always respond immediately to my emails. I am a new customer and they sorted out a problem with no trouble. I am impressed.

I have been a life supplies customer for the past year or so. Like others, I had difficulties with their bottle, however customer services have been so helpful to remedy the problem - thank you Farrida for your help :)
Also love the toothpaste and the fact the packaging is compostable, further reducing waste! - would highly recommend

I have tried for a couple years and the bottle for toothpaste just never works more than a couple months. I don't think its fair that to get a replacement bottle I have to stay subscribed. I think Parla actually have better approach to sustainability with their tabs and tubs and truely do think about product development. Life supplies feels more a money grab with poor design. This goes for the antiperspirant as well as it's a basic formula with essential oil (orange and eucalyptus being cheap oils) and generates more waste than if you recycled your basic £1 niveau glass and plastic bottles. I don't see the advantage.

Have been using their toothpaste which we love for a year or so had a subscription, but the pumps just do not work and we have had little help from the company so we have given up, trying other ethical ideas

I like the toothpaste but the pump action bottle is awful to use. I have to press on it so hard that the toothpaste flies out everywhere when it does come out. Style over substance frankly.
