They were unable to/refused to cancel an order I made by mistake. Then a couple of months later they attempted to send me a REPEAT order - for the product I didn't want - based on a repeat I had established for a completely different product!
Very poor customer service. Avoid them.

I was contacted by Farrida who offered an apology, a refund and expedited my order. Looking forward to being able to ditch the big brand tube again!
Sadly, it’s been a mixed experience. Love the concept and the toothpaste. Has some issues with the original bottle, which was replaced several times. The new bottle works just fine but there was a problem with my initial order and by the time it was resolved, my chosen colour (and the one I’d ordered) was unavailable.
The main problem has been the delivery of refills though. I ordered a six month supply on 11th Feb as it showed in stock (unlike some of the other refills). Unfortunately, it was out of stock too. I contacted via email and Instagram on 17th Feb and was told that it would be back in stock on the 18th. The founder’s email on the 22nd Feb said orders would be shipped out within 3-5 days, and “it should be with you within the week”. It’s now 3rd March and my order hasn’t even shipped, let alone arrived. I’ve contacted them via email and Instagram asking for an update but haven’t received a reply. It’s disappointing as the product is great, but the customer service is letting them down 😕

...Edit 4.4.26, the bottle pump no longer comes back up by itself, you have to manually pull it... I had one of the older bottles but found it stopped pumping after a short time (about a month or 2). Was given one of the new frosted ones but exactly the same thing has now happened. I also gave feedback about the fact that the refills contain too much toothpaste but those remain the same. Since the toothpaste is thick, as you would expect it to be, the bottle stops pumping out toothpaste while it still has a fair bit in because it's not in the right bit of the base. Because the refill contains the same volume as the bottle will hold you squeeze the refill in but can't fit it all in because of the bit that remains in the bottle, so you end up with a bit left over in the refill that you have to manage, either using it up before using the bottle again, or keeping it by until you've used enough from the bottle to get the remainder in. Such as shame as we love the flavour of the toothpaste, and how well the toothpaste performs, but I've cancelled our subscription as the pump doesn't work, and even if it did, it's just too much hassle refilling the bottle and having some left over.

The taste is nice and minty I think £24.50 for 1 sachet of toothpaste and a free bottle a bit to expensive.
Unfortunately very poor customer experience. They encourage a subscription model but only remind customers of their upcoming order at very short notice, making it almost impossible to reschedule. This has happened to me a couple of times, which is very frustrating. The kicker is that I have also received e-mails from the company saying there are stock issues. So they have taken my payment, not allowed me to reschedule my order when I logged into my account soon after being e-mailed, and I also have not received an order (which I don't want) nearly three weeks later.
Customer service takes days to respond and does not appear to read customers' emails.
The bottle pump dispenser is also of poor quality. The tube inside that draws up the product has cracked despite very careful use so it's really difficult to get any toothpaste out. The company does not seem to provide or sell replacement parts despite ostensibly being environmentally friendly.

RESPONSE to your reply - I have had no emails, just like I did not get the email saying there were delays initially. I would like to be refunded.
I've been happy with the products and service for some time but the most recent order showed as delivered and money taken but wasn't delivered. When I queried this I was responded to very quickly and told they were getting deliveries within a couple of days, so I was happy to wait. However, no product has still been delivered and I have had no response to further emails. I will be cancelling my subscription.

Loved the concept of this but unfortunately the product did not deliver.
The toothpaste itself was okay - nothing spectacular about it, but we were willing to use it given the low waste footprint.
The main problem is the bottle/pump. The first bottle we got quickly became faulty, and Customer Service did offer a replacement. They said we could either have an immediate replacement or to wait a few months for the launch of their 2.0 bottle, that promised to fix the pump issues.
We decided to wait for the launch of 2.0. However, we did have to follow up a couple times with our request once it was launched as the replacement never came automatically.
Sadly and disappointingly the same fault appeared with the 2.0 bottle's pump. Despite this being a "product for life", we already had to recycle 2 bottles and decided this was no longer worth the hassle.
When we first signed up, we got a travel toothpaste and toothbrush set. We saved it in a drawer for future use and yesterday the toothbrush was used for the first time. The wood completely scratched the inside of my cheek, leaving it cut and bleeding. Ouch!
Overall, really sad as we wanted to love the products but just not quite there yet.

Then he got me to try it. It works as well as my usual Mitchum. It smells better and the orange scent is neutral enough for us to share the refill packs. So easy. No mess. Very minimal waste. The container looks great. I've signed up for a subscription of my own now.

I was contacted by the company and my issues were sorted out I was issued a refund and a complimentary gift which was very generous.
I will definitely re subscribe when this company have sorted out their logistics and ironed out a few issues.

Money taken and not delivered although it says in my account it’s been delivered!!
I like the product but it’s been relentless with the late delivery and things not showing up so I’ve cancelled my subscription and will get my toothpaste elsewhere.
I’m past the point where getting the good product outweighs the rubbish service

Form without the function. Ordered a while ago and used a few times before the pump got clogged up. Rinsed it out repeatedly and in the end gave up. Looks pretty enough in my bathroom, but the toothpaste won’t come out of the pump, so it’s heading for the bin.

I think the concept is fantastic. However, I started not very happy with the bottle dispenser. The first one broke, the second one's tube was too short, so I never got the last inch of toothpaste out of the bottle. I had also cancelled my subscription at this point, as I didn't need anywhere near the toothpaste amount that was being sent, and I had excess toothpaste. I contacted them regarding the 2nd useless bottle and was informed that the bottle had a lifetime guarantee if you still had a subscription. Boo, on my behalf. I ordered the new style bottle, and restarted my subscription to get the life time guarentee. The lovely customer service staff then contacted me and said they would refund both the old bottles and the delivery charge I had on one. I was extremely impressed with this, as I hadn't requested this. That's great customer service. Let's see how the new style bottle is, and hope they have this one sorted. As I do love this product, the sustainability and the whole idea of it. Thank you for great service, Farrida!
I previously posted a one star review because I did not receive what I had ordered and emails were not answered. In desperation I posted the Trustpilot review, cancelled my subscription and got an immediate response. Farrida arranged for a full refund for monies owed and a free 3-pack of toothpaste. I was grateful for that but the time and energy spent trying to resolve the issue was not good for anyone's mental health. I don't think I'll restart the subscription as, looking at other people's reviews, there are too many pitfalls with the company currently. Pity.
Excellent toothpaste product, you literally can taste the difference compared to the high street choices. I like both the fresher tasting and longer lasting in my opinion. I have had to speak to customer service in the last week by email, as I damaged the dispenser. They were so helpful and offered to replace it at no cost, which I thought was amazing.

I like the product and use it daily but, as I am obsessive about my teeth and gums, I don’t find that it always leaves my mouth feeling fresh, so I currently intersperse with another brand. Also, the pump tends to overshoot my electric toothbrush unless I am really careful. I have only just come around to using the deodorant and can report positively on it.
I like the concept very much. The toothpaste is very pleasant and works well. The jar is a nice shape and when I accidentally smashed the first one they sent a replacement. It took a while and a few emails but it did happen. The problem is that the pump stops working at about half way through the paste. The only way to get to it is to shove the tooth brush into the bottom of the jar. Since refills are a whopping £7 each you don’t want to be wasting it. I have changed to a jar of toothpaste now which works just as well and is less expensive and less frustrating with less wasted tooth paste.

I've been ordering from Life Supplies for over a year now and I really appreciate what they do
I started with just ordering the Antiperspirant refills back in 2024, the reason I went towards Life Supplies in the first place was because they offering refills for deodorant which actually contains aluminium which other similar companies shy away from using which showed to me they were actually interested in the science!
More recently they've started doing toothpaste and I've joined along for this as well as I've been trying to change my life towards being more ethical and producing less waste, so it aligns really well with my lifestyle
I've found I can easily delay or change my subscriptions when required, I often delay the Toothpaste refill as I have an excess at the moment, but if I do run out I can easily edit the shipment date to send it out ASAP which works well for me
I've only had one interaction with the support team due to an issue with pricing which was actually my misunderstanding, but Farrida went above and beyond to honour the lower price despite it being my fault
Both my wife and I have been using the antiperspirant/deodorant for about 5 years now. The glass bottles are still going strong, never leak when we travel and are easy to refill. The lid on mine is starting to show it's age a little but I almost take pride in that! The scents are great and as someone who sweats more than the average bear I'm very happy with the effectiveness of what I've buying. It's also dead easy to change/ postpone delivery and super easy to get in touch with people to get things sorted on the rare occasions there's been an issue - normally my fault. The only reason its not a 5 stars is that this is still a bit more expensive than disposable options however it's close and well worth it for the steps towards lower waste!
I use the deodorant which I like and it’s effective. The perfume is gentle and I have been able to easily manage my subscription. It’s simple to refill and the container is simple and stylish.

I’m a subscription customer. My recent order never arrived despite already having paid for it. Emailed Customer Service who said they are out of stock and could I hang on until mid-February. They also said they’d sent me an email detailing the delay which I didn’t receive.
UPDATE: Following my review above, I’ve been contacted by Farrida in Customer Services offering me a free refill of their sensitive toothpaste to tide me over until my subscription order arrives. Apparently, the email I didn’t receive offered the option to switch to sensitive refills as a one-off which I would have accepted had I received the said email. I’d have also chosen to switch if that had been offered in my first contact with Customer Services instead of just being offered a refund or to hang tight.
Anyway, all’s well that ends well and thank you to Farrida for sorting this out.
