Excellent service throughout ordering to delivery, thrilled with purchase, was a little weary of online orders but kept informed all the way through, was delivered within days of ordering, excellent service.

I bought the Kolding sofa which was a good quality sofa but it was nothing like the picture (it was more like the stokkvagen). I was offered alternatives and sent samples that arrived the following day. Since it wasn’t what I was after I asked for a refund. Throughout the customer service was excellent. Responded very quickly and without any hassle considering the sofa was made to order.

We had an issue with one of the sofas but this was eventually sorted by a small discount. Can't fault the cost or quality of the sofas. Was a bit nervous about buying a sofa after only seeing an image but the sofas looked great when delivered. Customer service was honest, friendly and quick to respond to my messages. Out of all the companies selling sofas online I would recommend Simply Stylish Sofas, great customer service which is really important after a sale.

We were very sceptical of purchasing a sofa online without seeing or sitting on it. Being in lockdown we didn’t have much choice & desperately needed a replacement.

The gamble massively paid off. The quality & comfort is fantastic. For the few people that have managed to see it agree how we got great value for money.

The delivery company managed to deliver far ahead of schedule so we were lucky to enjoy our sofa over the Christmas period.

The one & only criticism is that it came in multiple pieces & the instructions to assemble were terrible to follow. Really unhelpful & pointless.

Absolutely love my new sofa NO more backache which is a plus and so relaxing I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a new sofa. Great price too.

Update on my previous review on 15/1/21 After my review I received a phone call from Jennifer from Simply stylish sofas apologising for the delay on my replacement sofa and it was delivered within a couple of days resolving the issues. I have not given a high rating as communication seams to be a let down. The driver could not let me know prior to his arrival as he had no contact no on his delivery note. Never the less he was very pleasant and happy to wait 5 mins until my grandson arrived and even helped with lifting it

Love the employees at this place - disclosure, my mother works there. Love that she works there having lost two jobs during the pandemic, seems like a really nice place to work other than maybe customers expectations.

Rediculous amount of abuse she gets for being the 'messenger' in some situations makes me proud that they have an employee like her, who can keep composed despite being blamed for the delays caused by covid and brexit (GOD SAKE MOM??).

If your sofa is delayed then you'll be glad to speak to my mom, some customers get more than they bargained for - but if your lack of a sofa makes you lack human decency then maybe you should spend your money on a few mindfulness courses instead?

Gorgeous sofas rediculous customer service!

I Called on 4 separate occasions to see why my sofa hadn't arrived 8th December (I'd ordered sofas 30th October) they said they would get someone to contact me they never did so I had to call again. They changed to date to the week later then I called the day before to confirm it's coming as I was heavily pregnant and needed my dad and husband home to help assemble the sofas. On the phone they said no someone should have contacted you there's been a shipping delay (Bareing in mind id ordered them 30th October) I then recieved an email stating the office was closing for Christmas that day I think was around the 18th-20th December and that they would be unreachable and my sofa will be delivered when they next return to work as the shipment was arriving Christmas Eve but warehouse closed until 8th January so my sofa wasn't coming till 8th January. As I was 9 months pregnant and a high risk pregnancy and home with 2 children already I was very stressed knowing I wouldn't have had a sofa for 2 months! I got rid of our old sofa 2 days before the original delivery and was prepared to have no sofa for that few days. I had to demand money off which I was eventually granted but they said our sofas are already cheap and we're a family run business I responded with so youve messed up and I'm paying for it? I don't think so! I got £50 off I used this to buy a second hand cheap sofa off Facebook to see us by and I contacted them one last time and was told they would try and get my sofa to me on Christmas Eve and I'd recieve a phone call when they were an hour away I needed this so I could get my dad to come help my husband assemble. I didn't get a phone call only a knock on the door and a delivery driver asking me to help him unload the waggon, I obviously couldn't and I had to ring my dad and husband who were in our field about 15 mins away feeding the animals, had I of had a phone call they would have been there. The delivery driver said I can't wait I'll have to go and you'll have to rearrange delivery, I was FUMING he made the right choice to decide to wait the 15 mins. I said you can get it in the house and we can assemble ourselves he said they've sent me on my own and they are to large and heavy for 1 man!! Why when a box states 2 people required for lifting would you send 1 man? My god I was pissed by this point. The man stood at the door while my dad and husband brought the 2 boxes in snd said cheers bye.. so pretty rubbish service. BASICALLY IF YOU WANT A SOFA FOR LETS SAY APRIL ID ORDER VERY WELL IN ADVANCE SO THEY HAVE TIME TO DO THERE MESSING AROUND.

Simply Stylish Sofas is an excellent company to deal with. We have bought a number of sofas from them and every time we are delighted with the quality and excellent value for money. They deliver promptly and the process is so smooth from start to finish. They send colour samples in the post and the staff are so friendly and approachable - they always answer any questions promptly. Holly is brilliant - we received samples in the post last Wednesday and had our new sofas delivered yesterday- the Lothian recliners in light grey. The colour is lovely and they are so comfortable. We got the 3+2+2 for
a large room and they look so expensive - just over £1200 inc VAT but they look like they cost over £5000. The delivery is excellent, they arrive on pallets and no damage whatsoever. We are in North East Scotland and have seen countless sofa deliveries by another company arriving damaged because multiple delivery companies are involved but Simply Stylish always arrived in first class condition. They also provide VAT invoices as well. We are absolutely delighted and highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. Forget the rest and use the best -

Our sofas were our Christmas present to our family and we looked forward to our new look and comfort. There was a slight unforseen hiccup but Simply Sofas pulled out all the stops and delivered them on time. They were all we had hoped for and as described. The service was second to none and the It made all the difference to us. Thank you.

They were a really easy company to deal with. Such a crazy time in the middle of a pandemic. They said it would be here by Christmas, Christmas Eve it arrived on a pallet and it's self build at the moment since no one can get into houses. Being that, it was easy to install by myself, I'm a 164cm female.

Absolutely love it easy to put together nice hight and very well made easy to unpack also will definitely use them again highly recommended company

Fantastic sofas at a great price, delivery was good and we were informed when to expect it. No complaints at all. The sofa I bought came deconstructed which was perfect for us as our hall is extremely narrow. All instructions and so easy to install. I would recommend them to everyone.
