The service and communication was excellent, promises and dates were honoured, in fact they sent sofa a month before promised which was extremely helpful, the quality of the sofa and chair is very good and the paletline delivery driver was very helpful too. I'd highly recommend this seller to my friends.

Very poor aftersales service... firstly, I didn't receive the sofa's I ordered and was offered a small discount to accept an alternative, which I accepted. But, then the discount which was for the installation of the sofa's to any room, was eradicated because the delivery men dumped my furniture in the back yard IN THE RAIN and left me to move them on my own. I had to call a friend away from his work to come and help me shift them!! DISGRACEFUL. when I called and explained this to someone, they promised to inform the boss and call me back to re-emburse the cost of the installation but this didn't happen. Therefore, ONE STAR and I wont be using them again and I wont be recommending them either.

item was absolutely brilliant and as described if not better was present for my wife and she loves it cannot fault item, only small niggle i have was about delivery as guys just left it on doorstep in the rain ( in these times i know people have to be covid aware but we had cleared everything ready to deliver safely

The recliner chair is very good value for money; the leather seems to be good quality, the mechanism works well, and the chair is very comfortable - although my wife at 5'0" finds it a bit high.

I bought a sofa in April 2020 and in August 2020 the one of the seat recliners stopped working. I contacted Simply Stylish Sofas and they sent out an engineer who identified a faulty mechanism and submitted a report for the order of a replacement. This has now been 5 months and no replacement or updates from this company. Sent emails to Jennifer on numerous occasions and just told the part is on order. I am having to refer to trading standards to resolve. My advice would be to think twice before buying a sofa from this company,

Very happy with the product received, good quality and reasonably priced. If I'm to be constructive, updates with my order would've been appreciated, a quick call to the deliveries team confirmed status of stock being delivered before being dispatched to me. Quicker delivery of the product would've been nicer.

Ordered a sofa, knew it was a 6-8week lead time, no problem at all and I would expect this when ordering furniture made to order. Company very accommodating with a delayed delivery due to moving house. Unfortunately the delivery company (DX) didn't deliver when they said they would as they had damaged the sofa but Simply Stylish Sofa were great in reaching a conclusion for me. Special mention to Jennifer and Holly whose customer care was second to none.
Sofa itself is a perfect match for my decor, I’m very pleased with it now the issues have been resolved.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We paid £1599 for a 321 recliner red leather suite in 2018 and two years later the recliner mechanism on the single seater chair is broken, one recliner mechanism on the 2 seater is broken and the same fault on the 3 seater, The frame on the back of one of the seats of the 3 seater is now also broken. We are a retired couple living alone and the suite has had very little use. The build quality of the suite is the worst I have ever seen with cheap plywood used to build the frame and very light steel used in the reclining mechanisms. We have been well and truely ripped off by Simply Stylish Sofas, having paid £1599 for a suite of furniture that is destined for the dump after only 2 years of use. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
