Excellent prices and service. Quick shipping too. My only complaint is that all monthly sale items are jumbled together with anywhere from 15 to 30 pages of offers to go through. I wish the difference categories were separate. Thank you.

Non-existent customer service
Sadly customer service is non-existent. Product was vacuum packed which in my opinion causes damage to the fibers. I have not used the fiber to date. My honest recommendation is purchase through other more reliable companies. Sometimes saving a few dollars isn't worth the trouble. 3 stars for actually shipping purchased product, 1 star for sloppy customer service.
