Took a little while to ship
Took a little while to ship. Was not packed in a plastic bag to protect the yarn from potential damage. Luckily, the yarn was fine and their customer service team was excellent.

Great experience!
My yarn came quicker than I thought it would. My order was correct and a minor miracle occurred: I forgot to mention the dye lots of the yarn I was trying to match so I figured I'd just have to alternate rows... but it turns out that all three colors were the same dye lots as the skeins I already had even though I bought the first set months ago from a local yarn shop.
I just separated for the sleeves on my sweater; no splitting, knots, or internal tangles in the skeins so far. Scheepjes Arcadia has been a pleasure to use for the first time. I would be happy to use it again.
