Great product not so great delivery
Great product, but an iffy delivery experience.
Very happy with the product, I was just a bit disappointed that I didn’t receive a delivery notification or tracking email.
When I decided to chase it after a couple of days, I had to complete an online query form, couldn’t find a customer service number to call.
Got a response within 24hrs (which was better than the 5 days promised on the auto response email) apologising and telling me it had been delivered next day.
So in the end I got what I paid for (express delivery is £5.95) just felt a bit haphazard and clunky.

Great selection to fill tin. Order recognised but no idea when it was being delivered. Arrived unexpectedly but luckily I was in. Slight dint on tin. Looking forward to giving as present.

Lindt is my favourite chocolate brand. The quality is absolutely superb. I love the new flavours as well as the old ones. The variety of flavours in the pick and mix range is amazing. Online orders are packaged really well and received in a reasonable time.

The emails about what stage the order had reached were all about 4 days late. We had already received the items ordered, when the emails were telling us that the order was being packed etc
