I must commend the excellent service we received from Siobhan Kellett when buying our home. She is resourceful, brilliant, supportive and amazing at her job. She gave us a wrap-around service that included getting a lender, and then a mortgage offer (which came really quickly), conveyancer and even insurance. Lisa Carson has been brilliant in helping us get our life insurance sorted. We particularly appreciated that face to face appointments have been held at our home and managed around our work and family commitments.
