Customer service is nonexistent, after dealing with bot online I received email asking for details of the price adjustment and copy of my receipt. I provided everything to customer service the same day (Jan 2, 2025) it is now three weeks and I have sent 3 emails to them regarding a price adjustment of 17.52 and as of today there has been no response. I can see from all the reviews posted here that Linen Chest has failed to response to other customers, this was once a great company to deal with, I find the lack of responding appalling, there should be someway of holding them responsible.

I ordered a teapot and four teacups and three of the teacups came broken. I immediately messaged the live chat and emailed (have done it three times) and no one has gotten back to me. I wanted this set asap and it’s beyond frustrating that no one is answering. I don’t know how that’s even legal.

Their customer service is nonexistent. After chatting with the bot online, I got one email asking for details and information about the broken order that I received. I send them pictures as requested. That was over a month ago. I have sent numerous follow up emails and have never heard back from them. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life.

Terrible customer service. The most expensive item from my order wasn’t in the box and filed a case but they have non existent customer support only useless bots.
Also to the useless reply below, I already did contact support which is only a bit three time and also emailed twice.

I made a first time online order of 8 woven placemats; received 7 plus an odd one in size, and color.
There was no email or phone number to call so I got a robot chat.
No one contacted me back and it’s been two weeks.
Not having a phone number or email for customer service, and only a chatbot conversation has been very frustrating.
I tried the chatbot again today and was told I was next in line for a customer service rep. I waited some time before my tablet went to sleep and I lost the history.

J'ai commandé en ligne et la date de livraison de ma commande a été repoussée 4 fois!!!! Je n'ai toujours pas l'article commandé. J'imagine qu'elle sera repoussée encore et encore...J'ai tout essayé pour parler à un humain, mais c'est impossible. La boutique en ligne n'offre aucun service à la clientèle. Le chat répète sans cesse les mêmes informations inutiles.
Quand j'ai raconté à ma soeur que j'avais acheté en ligne chez Linen Chest, elle m'a dit: ''Oh! Non! T'as pas fait cette gaffe là! Moi j'ai commandé des draps en novembre (donc depuis 2 mois) et je ne les ai toujours pas reçu''.
Dernière fois que je me fait prendre. Comment une telle bannière peut mépriser ses clients à ce point?

Canadian owned is literally the only good thing about Linen Chest - their customer service is 100% non-existent, and the chatbot they try to pass off as customer service is good if you're in the mood to throw your computer monitor out the window - by far the worst experience I have had shopping online in I can't even remember how long. Long story short, I have been trying to process a return for an item I purchased on boxing day. I have requested a return (that needs photo proof of the item being returned) before they will send a return label - I followed all processes to get this done, and requested the return/uploaded a photo of the item on January 6th when it was received. The auto-generated email I received indicated that someone will contact me as soon as possible - I have since followed up 3 times, with no response. I called the only contact number I could find (which I assume is in Quebec), selected the customer service prompt and the recording tells you to check their website and speak to their virtual agent and circles back to the main line... literally not a person to speak to anywhere!!! Beyond frustrated with Linen Chest - I will absolutely not be a returning customer.

Awful customer service. Go elsewhere. They sent me the wrong item. I ordered set of sheets. What I get is the package for sheets but a random blanket is in there instead. I’ve tried their “bot”customer service. Weeks have gone by and no one has contacted me. This is insane. What kind of business is this? Never again.

After Linen Chest told me they would look into the order and expedite it the order has been delayed by another week. I didn't get an email nor an update. I had to check myself and the order has been pushed another week. By far the worst online experience I have ever had and I will never buy from this site again. Incredible!

I went through the whole process of ordering my items got to payment entered all my credit card info and a message that a "text message code" would be sent to verify my credit card - There was no choice as to how this code was to be received - I do not have "text " capability - they now have my credit card info and I have no confidence that the information will not be used or hacked. Unable to talk to a "real person" customer service is a bot.

I sent them an email regarding a product which I have ordered from them and its been a week and they still haven't replied at all. All i wanted to ask was a small question about whether or not I need return labels and they simply don't care when it comes to customer service. It's like talking to a brick wall. Their service hours are also trash because it's the time when I go to school and when I come back home they close. They also close on the weekends which make it so much more difficult just to get a hold of this trash company. Never buying from them again, hopefully nobody does either. Their products suck, too expensive, and customer service is terrible. Never coming back.

Do not order online! Ordered wine glasses before black friday as a Christmas gift. Still hasn't arrived. In the interim I've recieved wrong items and someone elses order from a completely wrong address. I've reached out to customer support 4 times via the chat. It takes 20-30 mins to reach an agent once the awful bot finally stops gate keeping. From there, assurences are given that you'll reciece an update in short order (48hrs or 2 business days is the go to answer). Spoiler, you don't get an update. Additionally, sent an email and never recieved a response. Do not waste your time, it simply isn't worth it.
To add insult to injury, you'll get email spammed asking for reviews of the product you haven't recieced.

Je suis allée au Linen Chest du Carrefour Laval aujourd’hui même. Pire expérience de service à la clientèle que j’ai pu vivre en boutique. Très cordialement, j’ai abordé une vendeuse qui replaçait des tablettes en disant: Excusez-moi madame. Elle ne m’a même pas regardé, répondu ou salué. Juste ignoré. J’ai attendu une dizaine de secondes avant de répéter. Avant que je ne le fasse, elle s’est retournée comme insultée en me disant sur un ton totalement arrogant et condescendant: Alors allez-y madame je vous écoute!
Elle avait l’attitude qui venait avec le ton. Je ne sais pas de quel façon j’aurais pu savoir qu’elle était disposé à m’aider considérant qu’elle m’a totalement ignoré avant d’être plus que bête… Une dame plutôt petite avec un accent français. Honnêtement, j’ai préféré partir en disant de laisser tomber, que je préférais dépenser mon argent dans une boutique qui offre un service courtois. Ce à quoi elle a répondu que c’était très bien sur le même ton arrogant.
Je ne sais pas si c’est ce que veut Linen Chest comme représentant, mais clairement, ce n’est pas ce que je veux comme service! Mon argent ira donc effectivement ailleurs.

Bought window coverings and the installer broke one of them after waiting to get them for 5 weeks. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for the replacement. Their response: "We're not responsible if shit happens."

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Save yourself the hassle and place an order elsewhere; if anything goes wrong there is no chance of actually getting a response or engaging with a human to resolve it.
It has been nearly a month since placing an order and my items have still not been delivered and I have no idea where my order is. The lack of communication and ability to contact anyone regarding this is astonishing.
I am told the order was shipped on December 3rd and the tracking number still says estimated delivery December 13th which is obviously wrong as two weeks have passed since then.
The only communications I have had from Linen Chest are automated emails asking me to review the products in my order which I have not received.
When I finally received an email response after battling the customer service bot multiple times I was told the order was on the way, with no details provided. I responded the same day and am yet to hear back.
I have also tried to communicate with their courier (Nationex) directly and have not received a response.

Bought 3 Quattro bath sheets, 2 online, 1 in store. 5" too short, so false advertising. Washed the towels 4 times and the amount of lint still coming off of them is horrendous!!! Not to mention what I am inhaling!! There is $85 down the drain.
Left FB on their site, never got published. Noticed a past FB complaining about the lint also, was removed. They ONLY publish 4 stars and up. Not very honest. Can't contact the company, can only go through their extremely inadequate on line chat. I wish this company would stop bragging that they are Canadian.

I have ordered at least 4 items this fall/winter so far and for the most part no problems with Linen Chest. But one item (candles) was not packed in a box but in a bag wrapped well in bubble wrap so candle was dented in some areas on the bottom part. No biggie for me as I am just using the candles for winter power outages. Just wished it was packed in a box instead of a filmsy bag...lol! All ordered items were shipped on time as expected. I will continue to order from this company...happy customer....so far so good!

Very very bad service. We ordered a set of dinnerware and the cups were broken during shipping. We wrote to them and they said a replacement shipment will be made. After multiple multiple emails I was told again that the shipment was made; but when I asked for a tracking number, they were not able to provide and wrote that they'd ask the warehouse for it. It has been 2 months and we still don't have our broken cups replaced.
They never provided an answer/reason for the poor service. We wonder whether they're an honest business.
