T shirts are not as described the web site, poorest quality material, shapeless and stink of the print chemicals. No reply to numerous e-mails. Please read the 1 star reviews, don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews which drown out the bad ones...mmmm. If you are intent on purchasing, buy one T shirt and I guarantee you will not buy a second.

Good quality and rapid response

I ordered two D Day T shirts, they arrived promptly but the sizing was huge, I went through the returns process as directed and asked for replacement of a smaller size. That was 3 weeks and several emails ago, the first email received a standard response but nothing since

We purchased four T-Shirts for a gift, not the cheapest but my husband is ex forces so we wanted to support and the quality shown on the website looked great. They arrived and I can honestly say I have never seen such poor quality T-Shirts - They are not as described - the collar is not double stitched and they are that thin they are completely see through - I have now sent three emails with images as if you hold them up you can see right through them, the only response I have had to my emails was an automated response saying they would reply within 48 hours, I am still waiting. I am going to give them another week and I will be contacting our local trading standards as you cannot ask for support for ex forces and sell overpriced, misdescribed products - we even left a donation at the checkout - Appalling please do not purchase from this site.

I ordered 2 T-shirts from Lion Legion. They arrived in good time and well packaged. That’s the one star part of this review. When I opened them I had an issue with one and emailed the support email address as advised by the note contain in the parcel. I received no response I emailed at least another half dozen times over the last couple of weeks and have never received a response. Absolutely terrible after sales service which is a pity cause I had planned on further purchases but will now avoid Lion Legion Disappointing

Date 30/5 31/5 4/6 6/6 8/6 all no response so I am surprised you state you cannot find any emails

Firstly the wording was right for the occasion, the choose of colours was just right and the fit was perfect. Good quality material, but at a premium price, plus p&p, I would expect nothing less.
As a thought, maybe offer a V neck t-shirt as I prefer them, as do many people. Will I buy again , definitely.

Bought the Falklands anniversary t-shirt for my husband as he was down there. He was over the moon with it and as before the quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I don't agree with the negative reviews.
I ordered three t-shirts all of which arrived within the time stated. All are of good quality and fit.
As I was preparing them to wear, bit smelly due to printing chemicals, I noticed one had some damage.
A quick email to the support team and a couple of days later the replacement arrived. If that's not excellent customer service I don't know what is.

Avoid like the plague!!!!! The quality of the items I received is terrible and they are now trying to avoid refunding me at all costs. This has to be the worst online buying experience I’ve ever had!!!

An excellent service and product. A good turnaround from order to me actually wearing it, about 4-5 days

On receiving the tee shirt which seemed very nice, I found it was too large so followed the process for return. However even though an email said it was approved, when going to the return page and filling the info, and it seemed to go into a continual loop despite trying a number of times. I contacted support a number of times and got a standard reply saying it's get a response in a day or so with the exception on 25/03 when I was asked "How can I help?" which I never got a reply to again. I followed this up and got another response on 25/04 saying the team would respond, Tumbleweed.... I even called and left a message to which I am still waiting a reply. Very poor customer service which is a shame as the products seem very good and I would have probably purchased more (of the right size!)

Poor quality. Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I'd have read the reviews before being ripped off. Customer care non existent. Disappointed.
