Our nanny didn’t turn up and gave us just 2 days notice after we had agreed to wait a month for her to start so she could go on holiday. Toby was very apologetic and offered an alternative nanny. We trialled her for 3 days but it didn’t work for various reasons. Toby confirmed the £6k fee would be refunded but since then we have had to battle with James Ross who is refusing to refund this and trying to claim us trialling the second nanny makes the refund redundant. I’m so disappointed that we’re having to invest so much time trying to fight for this money back after having such poor service.

Considering we are over an hour away from London, Will did a fantastic job at finding suitable candidates within close proximity who fit our brief. Very efficient, from Rob being available to chat and give advice on a weekend to Jaslin being super efficient at arranging interviews and coordinating next steps. Everyone was very professional. It's a tough time with a newborn and being supported to find a good nanny housekeeper is worth the cost for us.
