I bought two items. An octopus and a crab. The crab had a hook to hang something small. The octopus used its tentacles as hooks which holds something heavier in this case my dirty washing bag. Both look great additions to my bathroom.

I ordered a mirror from LLL before Christmas and at the time there were only two left in the design I wanted. To cut a long story short Evri repeatedly failed to deliver the mirror, then said it was damaged and finally claimed to have delivered it but included a photo of something that definitely wasn't the mirror in a place that definitely wasn't my house!
Tom from LLL was incredibly helpful through all this and got the remaining mirror sent out to me via another courier who delivered it in perfect condition the next day.
The mirror itself is perfect and just what I wanted, but the customer service was excellent too, especially when the problem was not their fault.
If I order from LLL again I will definitely ask that the parcel is not sent via Evri.

Bought two sets of pretty snack bowls. Arrived safely and timely but they have been taken out of their original packaging (as advertised in pictures) and were then just wrapped individually in bubble wrap. This means that I cannot give them as a gift in a set as originally planned. No indication that the original packaging would just be discarded by them before sending. I emailed them but they simply apologised saying that I hadn’t indicated that it might be a gift?? Not happy and would not recommend them at all.

Easy website to navigate. The "Christmas in a Bottle" oil is excellent quality, only a few drops needed to use with a diffuser. The smell is beautiful, cinnamon, orange and spicey cloves which lingers for ages. I was kept up to date regarding delivery. Packaging was appropriate for two small glass bottles. Would definitely use the company again.

I ordered Christmas decorations but unfortunately the wrong items were sent. However, on contacting the company, the issue was resolved very quickly. The service provided was excellent and I am very happy with my purchase.

What a great place to purchase something online!! They are there for you, I purchased a mirror recently, they dispatched it on time but for some reason fedex was taking a long time to deliver it, so much so that Ricky, the owner or one of the owners, took time of his day to deliver the mirror personally! I mean, amazing! This website from now will be the first place I’ll look when I need something! Very happy❤️

I bought a mirror and once it arrived I was so thrilled with the quality I ordered a shelving unit to match it.
