have made a few purchases from.livelaugh love and very happy with them as i recently moved to new house and just wanted to say that livelaughlove are one of the best companies i,ve shopped with and will to continue tobuy from in the future .

Buyer beware - bowl received was much lighter than the photo and with no "seam" down middle. Was ordered for wedding present for my son, as I liked the two halves and they like "warm dark tones" as per description. Customer service responded to email quickly and explained about variations with a natural product. But this is too much of a variation to be acceptable. Have returned for a refund but they won't refund return postage, citing these product variations. Would not recommend, particularly as it's not "elegant" as described. If you order mango, you expect a darker wood.

I had a disappointing experience buying plates that looked nothing like the online picture. I then tried to leave a polite but negative review. The review has not been posted which has eroded my faith in the company even further.

I ordered a set of 3 gorgeous jugs. Unfortunately one was smashed on arrival. This obviously was a courier issue and not the fault of the company. After emailing them on the Friday, I got a reply straight away with sincere apologies and a new vase was delivered on the Sunday! Amazing customer service 👏 I can definitely recommend 👌

I bought a little row of wooden houses for my and she absolutely loves them. I bought as seconds and I can’t see any damage at all. Really pretty little thing. Will buy one for myself now.

I ordered 2 x large outdoor mirrors, even though they were very well packed and marked as fragile one had unfortunately had been damaged in transit,
I'm sure with this sort of shipment it must be a common occurrence.
Emailed their sales email address with photos, and received a very nice email within hours by Tom in customer service, a new mirror was dispatched also within hours to arrive the following day.
Brilliant, the mirrors were as described and absolutely lovely.
All in all very happy, what great customer service,

This company offers great service, great products at amazing prices. I ordered the incorrect product I emailed and asked if I could change the order, they did so immediately at no extra charge even though what I originally wanted was slightly more expensive. The products are made to a high standard and the packaging is very secure. Can't recommend them enough. 😃
