The AI feature is beneficial. I also like the financial and pitch/presentation sections. This website is valuable for a novice like me who is not very familiar with writing business plans. Moving the sections around was frustrating, but I was told they plan to improve that feature.

I have been using Live Plan for many years already, and the plans i did with Live Plan when i presented to potential investors they were very impressed with way the business plan was structured.

I was able to use LivePlan to complete a business plan for a class I was taking. It helped me structure and format correctly, and it helped me stay organized.

I didn't know something like this exist. With the help of the AI function it helps me greatly speed up the process. I really like LivePlan.

I finished my business plan and booked a meeting to discuss the next steps. Since I’m currently on a business trip outside of the U.S., I even woke up at 3:45 AM local time to attend. Then, just five minutes before the meeting, they canceled it — claiming they thought I wasn’t a U.S. company.

That’s completely unprofessional. I had confirmed the appointment in advance and rearranged my schedule for it. The software itself is decent, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing

Good easy to use platform with guides and AI assistance

I cant say enough about the ease of use. I have created multiple scenarios for my business and its helped me make important decisions for 2026. The integration with QB is flawless and I would recommend this to any small business.

i think its the best business plan builder in the market, very easy to use, great costumer service and and it actually exports the files the way you want them. i have been using it for a while now and never had any issues with them . highly recommend.
