Liveplan isn't worth it
Liveplan isn't worth it. They make the most vital part overly complex to navigate. Zero support unless u pay extra and they offer assistance only on areas that regular chatgpt can do for free. Don't waste ur money.

Ai is intuitive and helps well, only issue is that the comparative data is US centric and needs to allow for EU or elsewhere.
The ability to run actual against forecast financial information will be really helpful in benchmarking and financial tracking.

You can compare your actuals to your forecast by connecting your QuickBooks or Xero data and turning on "Actuals" in the forecast, or by viewing your Dashboard in LivePlan. Great Customer oriented Mindset
I have been using Liveplanb for 6 years now. It is a great tool but the last experience I had with the Support Team is revealing of the customer oriented mindset. I gad a sync issue with a 3rd Party and the Support helped me out by providing me the wordings to send to the developers. My problem was solved in 24h

Terrible experience/Scam. Charged without a single warning.
Terrible experience. They make money off our forgetfulness. Never used it after the trial. My card was being charged for 10 months, without a SINGLE MAIL WARNING ME that I am about to be charged 40$/month. Nor a confirmation email that I just paid 40$. I ended up paying them $400 and I didn't even use it once. Terrible support. Scam. They make money out of people's forgetfulness.

I have been using LivePlan for over two years, and my overall experience with it has been good. However, I still face issues with the lack of language support (Arabic) in my case. I have requested this feature multiple times, but there has been no response so far... I hope to see support for more languages in the future.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
I canceled my Live Plan account ages ago, at least a year. Recently, a full annual subscription amount was put through on my credit card out of the blue. I did not authorize this. I see on here that this has happened to others - failure to reimburse, unauthorized charges, failing to cancel a canceled account. Now they want me to log in and go through a full refund application?! This company appears to generate income from scamming people. Don't recommend allowing them to have your credit card info. I will edit my review if they handle this appropriately by canceling my account, destroying my credit card information, and reimbursing the unauthorized charges ASAP.

I canceled my account a month ago
I canceled my account a month ago, but my credit card was charged again. I requested a refund, which was denied. Relying on unauthorized charges is a poor business practice. If you cannot handle cancellations online and promptly, then avoid issuing credit cards and stop auto-renewals.
When you see there is tons of negative review here and there, you should fix your system.
I expect a full refund, as my account shows that I haven’t accessed it in the past 30 days; I'm not using your service. I only tried it for a few days before canceling my account.

They are scammers - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Worst customer service I can remember.. My account was set up with a typo in the email address and no confirmation or verification was required. Their customer service representatives have ignored multiple requests to cancel my a count and instead claim the issue is being dealt with by another department, that they do not give me any contact details or reference for. I only used the software for about half an hour and have not been able to access my account t since. They continue to draw payments from my card despite my appeals. I am disgusted by the lack of service I have received from their support team. Daylight robbery is the term that comes to mind. Their response below claims that this has been resolved but that is an outright lie. They are faster at responding to reviews than they are emails.
