Liveplan is a scam. I was just charged $360 that was never authorized. I've never even heard of this company before the charges showed up on my bank account. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. They need to return the money they stole from me.

I canceled the software and a month later they removed money from my account again, and when I tried to get a hold of them, it was chat only. The only way I could get a refund is to fill out a form. First of all, I canceled the previous month, and the team member claimed I put the account on hold. Ok well if that was the case, they should only be charging 2.99 not 20 dollars. This company preys on the auto removal of money every month and when you try to cancel, its difficult. Buyer beware!!!!

LivePlan is a very intuitive system. Their AI made getting my thoughts together so easy. What would have taken me months, took me only 12-14 hours. I now have a cohesive business plan and I'm working on getting investors.

I love the platform; easy to use and understand. I am always in favour of all business having a plan, Liveplan is by far the best in the market.

LivePlan is very very difficult to integrate with Shopify, so I wasn't able to use it. With that said, their customer service team is incredible.

Full review is pending the feedback from the customer services department. But to date i have struggled to get a refund on my account, on day one of the trail period i requested this, then again after 40 odd days when i saw it as still active and i didnt have a refund, to which i was informed "ohh we asked you a follow up question which you didn't respond too". Which is downright annoying as i gave clear and concise reasons for my cancellation request on day one at time time of doing the cancellation request.
I do really have a problem with companies that say they have a money back guarantee but in reality dont, you request the cancellation during the trial period they they go, are you sure, what what it exactly, ok then well what about some extra support, maybe you could explain a little more.
Note to Liveplan a cancellation request is a cancellation request, a cancellation request is not only a cancellation request after you have asked and the person that has purchased has answered an indefinite amount of follow up questions, as you end up going round in a circle and the person may die of old age before their cancellation request is actioned.

Sort your customer service out! Your products ok ish, i said that, its just not what i expected and was a bit buggy. But your customer service and trying to kidnap customers into contracts is what is going to really hold your business back! try putting that in your business plans SWOT analysis external threats!!

The program is very intuitive to use but powerful. I like that everything is saved in the cloud. They also provide a great framework for developing the business plan.

If you want respect and integrity beyond selling you something, go somewhere else. I paid a lot of money for their business plan software. I wait a few years to use it, and well now they no longer support it. No support, no phone numbers, no activation, nothing. 100% loss. They won't even give me a deal on a replacement. Selfish 100%

In all instances they were always willing to answer and respond to all my questions. I highly recommend their services. In 2016 I used Live Plan to do an insurance agency business business plan. I prepared the business plan using the examples and aids in each step. The financial statements were pretty easy and the built-in formula capabilities helped a lot. I just wrote down what we wanted to do, and then I explained why. LivePlan prompted me with each step - and I saved the executive summary for last.

A great way to build a professional business plan. Using the simple question and answer model along with the supporting material makes this a great tool.

Intuitive, user friendly and comprehensive. You only need to provide inputs and the software will translate it into graphs and important data points. Genius

We often use LivePlan with businesses that come to us for assistance preparing business plans and financial forecasts. LivePlan works great in these situations where the client does not have experience in such matters. The LivePlan software can walk them through the process without a lot of coaching from us.

I like the format as to the sequence of sections. I would like more leeway as to adding graphs/importing graphs created in other software. And the Chat GPT is far superior than the AI enhancement tool provided.

Overall, I think LivePlan is great! It's super easy to use and intuitive and makes creating a business plan so much easier for anyone from a beginner to a seasoned business person. I do use the Nonprofit template a lot in my work and my one piece of feedback would be to update the instructions in each section to better align with nonprofits. The instructions are worded for businesses which is a little confusing and not as helpful for nonprofits.
