I purchased a Livpure Elega (Rs.14,400) on 27 June 2026. Within 3 days, it had severe water flow defects. I raised a service request (SR# JS-260705015652751), but Livpure sent a technically unsound technician, Naga Suresh Pilli, who mishandled the unit, broke it further, and caused a severe water leak. The machine is now completely dead.

Worse than the defective product is their management. I escalated this to Branch Head Shankar Boppudi and Zone Manager Gujrapu Jain, but they have proven completely incapable of handling customer issues or holding their untrained staff accountable. Despite 20+ days passing and an active Consumer Grievance (Docket #9739968) filed against them, the company remains silent.

Livpure has zero accountability, terrible service, and highly incompetent staff. My Rs. 14,400 has been completely wasted. Do not buy from this brand.

We have been using the Liv pure water filter since 2 years. When there is service issue, no response from customer care. I have raised a service issue about 15 days back, no technician visited, inspite of daily call to customer care. The technician contac nos. Provided by their auto whatts app message are nor working. I regret very much for going for Liv pure.

Very poor service. We rented a water purifier from Livpure, but they installed a used product instead of a new one. The installed unit is not working properly. Despite raising the issue, the service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend Livpure to anyone based on my experience.

Very poor after-sales service. Meri complaint ko 4 din ho gaye, lekin ab tak problem solve nahi hui. Customer support har baar sirf jhoothe promises karta hai ki technician aaj ya kal aa jayega, lekin koi bhi visit nahi karta.

Na koi proper follow-up hai aur na hi customer ke time ki koi value. Itni poor service ki wajah se mera experience bahut hi disappointing raha. Agar aap product kharidne ka soch rahe hain, to after-sales service ko zaroor dhyan mein rakhein.

Scam by Livpure .More than a month of follow up..No refund done till date..Call Customer Care no.they give the same answer..Plz Don't Trust Livpure..They will make u run for your refund amount.

I bought a rental machine 10 day back still installation not done and call many times to customer care but no one responds. And they not cancelling also. I don't know how to handle this

Scamsters... Techn vanished with money for installation material.
Customer care.. another fraud. they give you escalations nos. which do not respond or do not exist.
complain on email... tickets get generated.. but get closed on their own!
DONT EVEN LOOK AT THIS BRAND FOR ANY PRODUCT.

Never go with Livepure. It's been one week RO not working and I'm spending daily 150rs for bisleri water.
Service team never responds, even if they respond, they say that they will attend to it today. Today never comes.
Very bad experience. Don't go for it. Every 2 to 3 months it stops working.
I made a mistake by looking at brand ambassador as Sachin Tendulkar.

Do not rent / buy live pure.. I have a bad experience.. They are the most irresponsible ppl and lying to the customers.. I requested for cancellation and it's been more than 15 days and they are not coming to pick up the machine and refund my money.. Every day i am following up and they say the same story again and again.. Really pissed with the service.. BE CAREFUL.. DO NOT TAKE THE SERVICE AND PUT YOURSELF IN TROUBLE..

Scam Company, you are so bloody expensive, these guys Charge ₹4500 every every six months, just to change the candle of my filter. The services are so slow.
These filters are actually available in the market for ₹500-₹700 for which Liv Pure Charge insanely High fees. Every company in India is just trying to rip off customers and nothing else.

Livpure is a pure scam. Don't fall for the positive reviews you see on flipkart and Amazon. They are paid reviews atleast majority of the reviews are paid. Their product quality is garbage and the customer service and after sales service is even worst. Livpure doesn't give a damn about their customers after sales. I've bought their air cooler aerofrost neo 70 L and within 2 months of purchase I had multiple issues one after the other and it took their technician about a month to visit from the date sevice request was placed. Thanks to NCH helpline I had to take their help and support to escalate the matter. If you want to save yourself from grief. Simply don't buy any of their product.

The product itself may be decent, but the after-sales service from Livpure was extremely disappointing.

I purchased the LIV-GLO-PRO++ through Amazon and raised an installation request immediately after delivery. Even after more than 48 hours:

- no technician visited,
- no installation appointment was scheduled,
- and there was almost zero communication from Livpure.

I raised multiple complaints, contacted customer support, emailed escalation teams, and even tried calling the assigned representative multiple times. No proper response was provided.

What made the experience worse was that Livpure marked my complaint ticket as “resolved” even though the purifier had still not been installed and remained completely unusable.

This is a water purifier — not a luxury item. Delayed installation directly affects access to safe drinking water.

Because of the complete lack of support and accountability, I ultimately had to arrange a return through Amazon.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service experience.

I worked at a Livpure water purifier franchise and had a very disappointing experience. Despite completing my work responsibilities sincerely, my salary was not paid on time / was not paid completely.

The company/franchise did not provide proper employee support, salary transparency, or professional communication. There were also no proper salary slips and employment documentation provided during my work period.

I request job seekers and employees to verify everything clearly before joining this franchise. My experience was stressful and financially difficult because of delayed/unpaid salary issues.

I hope the management resolves employee payment issues professionally and responsibly.

No response from last 7 days , product under AMC but not getting any response from call center.

Absolutely pathetic experience with LivPure water purifier services. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced. The company seems more interested in collecting money than actually resolving customer issues.

I made multiple attempts regarding cancellation, replacement, and service requests, but every single time I was either ignored, given false assurances, or transferred between useless support agents who had no intention of helping. The moment payment is done, their responsibility towards customers completely disappears.

The service team lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect. Responses are delayed, commitments are not honored, and no proper resolution is provided even after repeated follow-ups. Instead of fixing the issue, they simply keep blaming the customer and wasting time.

I genuinely regret choosing LivPure. If you are planning to buy a water purifier or subscribe to their services, think twice before trusting this company. Poor support, poor management, and extremely disappointing service overall.

bahut hi ghatiya service provide karte hai, ek baar installation karne ke baad dobara shift request kardo starting me 1 din me ho jayega lekin 5 din tak koi call nahi aata aur 5 din baad dobara call karo to kehte hai hamara shifting process 5 din ka hai,jab customer support pe aisi baat karte hai to service kya hi acchi hogi,aur jab main kah raha hu ki mujhe ab aapka installation nahi karwana to ab kah rahe hai ki login period hota hai aapna jo advance payment di hai wo refund nahi karenge jab ki starting me aisi koi baat nahi kehte jab aapko login period system hai to agar mujhe aapki service samjh nahi aayi to main isko band to karwaunga phir aapne monthly rent ka system kyo rakha hua hai jab usse pehle hum isko band hi nahi karwa sakte

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Livpure’s after-sales service. I tried multiple times to connect with the service engineer, but there was absolutely no response—neither on calls nor on WhatsApp. It feels like once the product is out of AMC, they simply stop caring about customers altogether.

The only thing they seem interested in is pushing for AMC renewals. If you don’t opt for it, don’t expect any support. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and very frustrating.

Honestly, companies with such poor customer service should not be allowed to operate like this. Horrible experience.

I would strongly advise everyone: never buy Livpure.

Livpure service is very poor. Initially, they say the issue will be resolved soon or within 24 hours, but even after calling customer care daily for 8–10 days, no technician visits. During this time, we are forced to buy water every day.
The service in the first year is manageable, but after that, it becomes extremely bad. I strongly do not recommend using Livpure on rent.
I also contacted customer care representatives like Khushbu and Anjali Rajawat, but they kept assigning technicians who were no longer working with Livpure.
