This company is a complete Scam - Business rapidly going down hill. ( Check other reviews ) - Customer service is non existent. They didn’t bother update me about a product they never had and you will be blamed and be told it’s your fault )
Avoid at all costs, its a complete joke. Ordered on the 18th and it’s still not here. (It’s now the 28th) They Lied to Amazon regarding delivery times. Told Amazon it would be delivered 24th but was informed by Royal Mail they still haven’t received the package. there delivery is a complete joke, unless you enjoy being mugged off and waiting 10 days for delivery I strongly advise not to order. Order from a better company who are professional at there jobs.. Highly advise to avoid ordering at all cost. Owner tried blaming me for not contacting them because they can’t deliver an item to Royal Mail. This either means they lied about being in stock or the lost the product as Royal Mail still has not received then the item your obligated to send. ( JUST REFUND ) not only this the owner tied making out he does 150 packages a day which works out to only be 19 packages in a hour over an 8hrs work day. This is nothing my brothers shop does well over that almost double with no problems. Avoid - customer service is non existent they new they had a in issues but failed to contact there customer.

Jonathan, we’re sorry your Amazon order didn’t arrive. It was dispatched and collected by Royal Mail, but no acceptance scan was recorded. You have been refunded in full, including postage.
We take negative reviews seriously, including this one. They highlight problems we need to address, but they don’t tell the whole story of a business dispatching 150–200 parcels a day. That figure was context, rather than an invitation to conduct a time-and-motion study.
A missing parcel is frustrating; calling the business a “scam” is quite a leap. We accept that your delivery fell short. The allegations of dishonesty, however, are not supported by what happened.

Let down
I ordered bait, had an email saying dispatched and call the shop as dodnt receive 2 days later after paying for next day delivery, and they didnt have any bait to send, wont be using again. Would have rather told me they had no bait as was let down
