Best company I have experienced, they are awesome, my go to all the time

I’ve spent a week trying out different vendors. My usual, IGetVapesOz has gone silent (taken my money), two other suppliers are a bit slow to send but LocalCigSupplies has just put my order in the post (received by AusPost) and they’re so far the first and best at communicating.

UPDATE: order received quickly - just 2 days (helps that I’m close by). Products are exactly what I ordered. They must genuinely be pushed with lack of staffing. Took about 8 days but they came through unlike other companies.

Great service, easy to deal with, quick email response from company. Sent tracking number and well packaged. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered off here maybe 3 weeks ago and I did get it but I got it nearly two weeks after ordering, it came correct and not malfunctioned so I do recommend buying off here just beware it can take a while to come.

This is the best site in aus to use, any problems and they fix it within a few days, they are short staffed but they still deliver excellent customer service and products.

Local cig supplies have been wonderful.
Orders usually arrive within 2-3 days.
They are currently very busy and short staffed so one order was delayed but it arrived safely, and they but kept me up to date and provided a generous discount for the inconvenience.

No drama, postage can take a week sometimes but clear postage tracking

This supplier sold me Marlboro Gold cigarettes that appeared to be counterfeit. After ignoring my repeated messages for two weeks, they finally offered a refund but only if I returned the products, knowing that postal restrictions make returning cigarettes extremely difficult.

It honestly feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid issuing refunds. Even if a customer manages to return the products, I have serious doubts about whether they’ll ever get their money back.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional, absolutely disgraceful and misleading business practices. Save your money and stay away!

These guys are fantastic! The website is very easy to navigate, stock offers plenty to choose from, communication is prompt and I receive my orders usually within 48 hours of placing the order!! Love Them!!

The worst in reference to shipment. Theyre slow, and when communicating with them the issue about "Wheres my Order?" I receive the same information thats printed up and sent daily. The same email to apologise over and over.
Had enough, and will be forwarding a dispute tomorrow. Loathe this . As i have been scammed before and refuse to get scammed again. Probably arent scammers, but the delays place me on edge. As they take your money in a hurry and then take a long time to deliver. No more purchases from this business. Pity because they have great merchandise. Raise a dispute its only fair to the consumer.

In saying this my last order finally arrived. They were apologetic. I ordered again because their merchandise is top notch. I purposely ordered early so I could have my items for the weekend. They stated your order is ready to be shipped talk to the bot for tracking. The bot kept saying wrong email address. 8 times I typed my email so no tracking. Tired of this. Its just not a smooth run, and getting headaches from the ongoing BS. Pity because your items, and products are excellent.

Annnnnyway. So the saga begins again for the 2nd time.

Postage is sometimes a bit slow but we never know whats going on in the backend so can’t really judge on that. Every time ive emailed about a order they have replied professionally and quickly solving any issues. Would highly recommend!

Second time using this service was worried due to a label being created on the 13th Aug and seeing no update or movement like other reviewers. To update other customers the tracking just literally changed to it now being recieved by Aus post! Will update when the parcel is actually recieved in person 👍🏻

Ordered last Thursday 13/08. Got the tracking on Friday 14/08. Has not moved since then. Only says the label created. I did a bulk order so I’m not happy at all that there is no comms. 3 unanswered emails. Starting to wonder if they got yellow stickered and I can kiss my money and order goodbye. If you have received your order since my dates, can you chuck a review up so we can get updated ? I’ve had no issues with the last 4 orders with them, just this one. Cheers.

Have used this business frequently for the past few months and have noticed the postage issues are getting worse. Get email saying staff shortages are to blame for lengthy delays. Placed an order 10/08/26 and it’s still saying Aust Post haven’t received package, emailed twice “no reply”. Hopefully order arrives but it will definitely be the last order I place with them.

I’ve been using these guys for sometime now but their delivery time frames have been getting longer until recently was my last straw. I ordered last Friday, auspost label created Sunday. Received an email on Tuesday saying they will ship within 2-3 business days or order being received and it is now 5 days. I have emailed twice with not even a courtesy of a reply and I just can’t find it in myself to trust these guys anymore.

Just have to be patient. Order arrived, took one week. All was good. Was worried it was a scam but nope these guys are clearly busy and doing their best to get order fulfilled.

Placed a second order now so will see if that arrives and review accordingly
