localcigsupply.com Reviews

Just have to be patient. Order arrived, took one week. All was good. Was worried it was a scam but nope these guys are clearly busy and doing their best to get order fulfilled.

Placed a second order now so will see if that arrives and review accordingly

Been a week since ordered. Tried emailing numerous times and no response. They created a label last Friday and nothing since. Go somewhere else

Put an order in and didn't receive it, no reply from emails sent

Scam, Stay away

Stay away paid 3 days ago nothing sent no replys to any emails wtf

It’s been 5 full business days and nothing sent or have they replied to 4 sent emails.
Go elsewhere, these guys are a scam.

Order was wrong. The product was not what I ordered. I understand that mistakes happen but I have sent 4 emails and not received a single reply. Hopeless customer service. Very disappointing. Use a different supplier.

Order taken by border control. Company did not resend or supply a refund. Gave me every excuse for not providing a refund. As dodgy as they come. Buy at own risk

My previous supplier disappeared and as the reviews on Trust Pilot and Reddit for Local Cig Supply were good and the price amazing, I decided to purchase 2 cartons. It took just 8 days (including the weekend) to arrive from QLD to NSW via Australia Post and it was very well packaged. The cigs themselves are fresh and look just like the ones you get from the tobacconist. I'm happy with my 2 cartons so just ordered 8 more to keep me going for a while.

Their time is up.
I ordered multiple fruity flavours and was despatched x10 aloe vera which has all the essence of a mens urinal.
They have been good in the past and are now shelling off their unwanted stock.
Avoid this operation as of late july

Legit website products as described prompt shipping easy to order website is easy to navigate will order here again highly recommended great customer service

Recieved 1 email stating there was a problem with the banking system and that i need to resubmit my proof of transfer.

Since then have Recieved no correspondence and order is listed as cancelled. Money has not been refunded.

Would recommend looking at different suppliers

Always recieved my orders in a timely manner, apart from one minor issue that was fixed by the extremely helpful customer service team, as soon as it was brought to their attention. Navigation of the website is easy, along with the checking out process. Start to finish is simple.
