To locate your phone, click “Locate a new phone” on the homepage to start the walk-through wizard tool. This will allow you to connect the android or iPhone account associated with the handset to help find your phone’s location.
If the phone you wish to locate is already added onto your account, the number should be under the previously searched for phones. Just choose the relevant number you wish to locate and click on the “Locate” button to initiate the process of locating the said phone.
Please note, the phone should be connected to the Google or iCloud account to fully use the walk-through wizard tool to help locate lost phones. Physical access to the lost phone is not required, however, the service would need access to the attached Google or iCloud account to locate the lost phone.
The following options are still available for you if you were unable to verify your Google or iCloud account:
• Auto Call - automatically rings your phone with instructions on how to return it. This is useful if you have already lost your phone.
• Power-On Alert - if your phone is lost and switched off, this tool will alert your phone and send you an email notification when it gets switched on.
