Quick response and professional work from Colin.

Richard came and put a temporary gear box in then returned a couple of days later with the new one. He stripped the door down to make closing more easier. I would definitely recommend great service not a quick fix and go but soent time making sure he left me with a door which was much better than it’s ever been. 🙌🙌

I was very impressed with Simon who came to replace our door mechanisms and fix our locks on two doors. He was polite courteous very professional did what he was supposed to do and came exactly when he said he was going to. In the future, I’ll certainly use him again.

Our landlord had been advised to upgrade locks to thumb turn locks so they employed the services of Colin.

Colin arrived on time, as arranged, was a pleasure to work, with the locks, quickly being replaced.

There was problems with our rear patio door (which we knew about) and the only lock that would work in it was a much more expensive lock, but Colin honoured the quote and the cost remained the same.

Personally, I'd have happily paid more and had this installed throughout but that wasn't my call to make.

Essentially, this looks like a pretty straightforward job until that rear patio door proved a headache but Colin refused to give in and eventually, found a lock that the door played nice with.

Excellent and friendly work

Bob was very helpful although he didn't have the part we wanted on his van and we had to settle for another part which wasn't as good.

Fabulous service. My son forgot to take keys when he walked the dog and I was away with work. Steve was out within 5mins and got my son access and his communication with me was brilliant. Very grateful.
