Simon came to my mother's property to change two locks as a set of keys had gone missing from one of the keysafes. He was friendly and professional, dealing sympathetically with my mother who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He also offered to kindly recode a keysafe at the rear of the property. Reliable and fast, same day service and didn't take long! Great service all round

Getting locked out of the house on a Sunday night with two young kids will always be frustrating, and the last thing I need is to deal with, is a contractor taking the mick. I lucked out, took a punt, What's app LockRite, got Mourne, boom text back in 10 mins, boom 10 mins he was there, boom job done, probably took longer for me the fill my contact details for the receipt and explain what went wrong. No fuss, clean and straightforward, everyone can go back to their lives. New house, so this will probably be my go to locksmith from now on.

Highly recommend as I needed the companies service really quickly. Locks changed the next day and was explained about product and price throughout the experience which I felt were competitive. Colin was helpful with some other issues I had with some other locks and will be using his companies services going forward to address the issues.
