Locksmiths Gloucester Limited Reviews

What was good for us was the speedy response to our problem & fixed in no time by Saxon, who by the way cleaned up any mess that was made

He arrived in 30 minutes and was very efficient. Fixed the situation.

We had a problem with locking the door, telephoned Locksmiths Gloucester & shortly after they were out, Saxon fixed it & cleaned up any mess afterwards. We would certainly recommend again

Very prompt arriving, explained and showed the problem with both doors in layman’s terms. Saxon was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. A lifesaver late on a Friday afternoon - thank you so much. Would definitely recommend and use again but hopefully not anytime soon!

Great service, couldn’t have done a better job.

Prompt. Professional. Friendly. Would recommend.

Fantastic service from Saxon, really happy and helpful and was super quick to arrive and carry out the job. 10/10!

Saxon turned up on time, was very efficient and got the job done.

Quick efficient service .. would highly recommend

Excellent, fast service when we managed to lock ourselves our of the house...and then again when the door lock needed repair. Fair price for their services, a lovely friendly person attended both times. Throughly recommend their services.

What made our experience great, cotenants were not happy about the situation at that time in the night however the locksmith was able to convince them that we also need access to flat

Arrived within the hour of phoning

Faultless response and service. Saxon did a first class job👍👍🙂

Saxon was the locksmith- he was lovely, so friendly - I would employ him - a true asset to Locksmiths Gloucester
Thank you

Very quick service.Saxon was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything that he was doing. Highly recommended.

We were away and our pet-sitter broke the key in the front door at 11.30pm.
We called round, and were recommended to try Locksmiths Gloucester.

He arrived quickly, tried as hard as he could to get the key out the lock, then replaced the lock (and fixed some other issues!) when it proved futile. He kept me updated throughout, and was very friendly and helpful. The door was fixed incredibly quickly, and without it costing the earth.

Thank you so much, you'll be our first port of call from now on!

Arrived quickly, tried to fix the broken lock but we’re not able to . They were very polite. They said they would try and source a new lock Unfortunately I never heard back from them. I have since had a new lock fitted . But thank you anyway for your quick response

Reliable and trustful, excellent service always , good job!

Saxon was brilliant, kept me updated on arrival time on the call out, sorted everything out was very polite and friendly, managed to get me back into my property, despite a very tight and tricky lock, that would not budge, had to drill out the old lock, but did so quickly and effeciently, would thoroughly recommend.
