Just had my key cut x4 as in and out of hospital and I need my friends to get access to look after my huge cattie! As always, Mark was flexible, reliable, funny and understanding...what more could you want? Fully recommended. Just phone him first as as a locksmith, he has to go to help after burglaries etc too. Lovely to support an independent business too. X

Excellent service from this local locksmith company.
They responded within a couple of hours of my call about issues with our patio doors. There turned out to be several related problems which were rectified quickly and effectively. I particularly appreciated Mark’s clear explanation of why issues arose and how he had rectified them. Delighted it got sorted so quickly and at reasonable cost.

Mark came out the same day I contacted him and fixed the lock immediately, which was a great relief.

Mark explained the options very clearly and with absolutely no hard sell. After agreeing what we wanted doing to our rather peculiar lock arrangement, he returned the same day and did the work as agreed, to what I think was a very reasonable price. Full marks !

I rang at 8am after realising that our back door lock was no longer working. It had been a bit of a problem for some time but we kept overlooking it and now we had a crisis, not being able to shut or lock the door.
Mark answered the phone and agreed to come out later that same day. He was delayed at some point but took the time to ring me to let me know, which was very considerate.
The new lock is in place and works like a dream!! Mark was very efficient, had identified what lock mechanism was needed from my phone description, which impressed me and tidied up using his own dustpan and brush.
Mark replaced our front door lock last year and my daughter has also used his services at her house. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great Guy Mark. No fuss, no nonsense, straight talking, just got on and sorted the job without any hard sell. Came as a recommendation from other residents on our residential WhatsApp group of 132 residents. Will definitely use again if I need any other issues sorting.

Super quick. Arrived on the same day to correct a lock that had become misaligned and got very sticky. Needed a lot of force to get the door open. Now door opens smoothly without effort and I'm relieved that I won't end up locked out if the door sticks. Will use again when I need a locksmith.

Needed two locks replacing. Came round on same day, provided advice and discussed options. Came back from workshop within 2 hours with updated locks and extra keys, fitted with no mess. Very happy customer
