Came at short notice. Sorted the lock problem very quickly - knowledge is ‘key’ - cleanly and with a friendly demeanour. Fair price. Highly recommended.

Mark gave helpful constructive advice over the phone, came same day to measure up and then returned next day to fit our new locks. They had to be ordered due to age of the house and the doors. More than happy to recommend him.

I had lost the key on an infrequently used back door so it needed a replacement lock and key. Very speedy Service, well explained, New lock is much better quality than the previous one. Would recommend.

I was impressed with Universal Locksmith's work after I contacted them.
Mark was able to come out the same day, and came across as highly knowledgeable and resourceful in his trade.
He was faced with a tricky situation (a stuck door) and was able to resolve it and complete the job (lock replacement).
I found the price very reasonable as well.
I also liked the little stories and insights he shared while he worked away - clearly someone with a passion for what they do.

The gent who came was very friendly and informative giving some free advice about my property and also explaining why the stonger locks are better and how they work. Very fast and cheaper than some other companies. Overall 10 out of 10 would deffinately reccomend and use again myself in the future!

Easily organised with Mark over the phone to come to my elderly Mum's flat to repair and service her front door which had developed problems. Mark called ahead to say he was on the way and arrived exactly on time. He was helpful polite and repaired the issue in under an hour, he layed to rest the concerns of my 86 years old mum who had thought someone had tried to break in.
