We've just checked your order and it's now in its final days of delivery with the local courier, so it shouldn't be far off now. On the questions you've raised, you're right that we're upfront about this. We're an Australian owned and operated brand, and our products are manufactured overseas. We ship from our Australian warehouse or our international warehouse depending on stock at the time you order, which is why your tracking showed an overseas origin. We don't claim to be made in Australia, and we never will, but everything we design is built specifically for the conditions and vehicles our drivers deal with here.

We've taken it up directly with the courier to tighten those timelines because that's not the experience we want anyone to have.

On the box, fair call too. Our custom Locksteed packaging has been held up in production, and rather than make you wait even longer we made the decision to ship in plain packaging so you weren't left waiting on the product itself. The branded box is on its way for future orders, but we hear you, it's not the unboxing we want to put our name to.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry for the experience so far. A parcel being marked as delivered to an address that isn't yours is genuinely not good enough, and your frustration is completely understandable.

To be clear, the investigation window isn't us trying to avoid getting your order to you. When a carrier marks a parcel delivered to the wrong place, we have to lodge a formal trace with them to track it down, and that step unfortunately runs on their timeline rather than ours.
