Excellent quality products, great website and swift delivery, my only slight gripe is that my wife's skates were missing an alan key but other than that great service.

Absolutely awesome as usual. Needed a lot of advice on some new skates and Gaston was great got me exactly what I wanted in my budget. I bought an ACT boot some reign liners and a some frames. The liner and boot combo feels great so can’t fault the advice I was given.

There was a slight issue with stock on one of my items which they sorted swiftly and at a cost to themselves rather than leave me without the frames I wanted I ended up with a better replacement.

*this is a separate DPD review - the reason I am doing it here is because they really enjoyed telling me things aren’t there problem and to complain with the shop I ordered from and ask them to start an investigation. I’m not guna do loco’s head in with that or the details of how they messed me around for 4 days with not one attempt to deliver. I just want loco to consider a general complaint or a second delivery option because unfortunately if they treat me like that again I’d have no choice to but go to a different shop pure because I can’t afford 4 days of hassle for one package. I realise the importance of branding and advertising even in the mailing process but I wonder if the reason I get my stuff late all the time and deliveries not attempted is due them having an attitude of “oh it’s just some skate stuff” due to the branding and they see it as likely not an important package. 📦 however it’s not the package that’s important it’s the 4 days of them wasting my time.

Good service, paid personal attention to my skating needs and solved problems

Locoskates is without a doubt the last bastion of hope for a dying sport. When you've exhausted all distractions, scams and practical death traps on Fb marketplace and ebay, do yourself a favour and come to the genuine, internationally reknown and all round good guys at Locoskates. Everything is organised, shipped on time and the shop front is immaculate, attentive and has a nifty little makeshift skatepark right next to it as well as a quiet space to roll around. Cannot recommend highly enough. I'll be ordering from Locoskates as long as i'm still riding which i hope will be a very long time to come!

Great set up and £75 for wheels bearings and frames is great value

It's been so long since I received good customer service. So helpful, first class knowledge, knew their product - which is also getting rarer and rarer. But they walked me through everything, each time I had a question about something, they knew 10 things to choose from and advised the best option, and it was never the most expensive one, so it felt honest and trustable.

Skates arrived today, they are awesome. Fits like a glove - so their fit advice about the quality of the inner and if it comes small or large - was spot on.

Couldn't recommend a skate company any more than this one!

I had a lot to think about when deciding which pair of roller skates to purchase and quite apprehensive from other companies due to them ordering my preferred brand outside of the UK, but when I found Locoskates all of my dreams came true. I have purchased several pairs of skates with absolutely ease and they all have been delivered exactly on time as promised on their site. The communication is excellent and answer your queries and returns by the following day. I can't say enough with how Locoskates is definitely the site I would recommend when looking for your rollers!

I’ve received my skates but I’m wondering if you sent me the previous version of the turquoise skates. My toe stoppers seem to be fixed. In the description of what I purchased it stated that I will receive the updated (adjustable toe stoppers version)

Very professional store with fast delivery. From my experiences , delivery took a maximum of 3 days, even during the holiday period they managed to ship on time . Their response time is excellent, you won’t face any issues with communication.
They also have one of the best stocks available.

Good service good product

Wide selection of skates, delivered fast and well packaged.

I had no clue what skates were right for me and LocoSkates helped me immensely.

Chaya skates are always amazing and I already previously owned these just wanted a second pair, but delivery and service was great! Definitely recommended getting these for anyone on the fence but just know that once you do every other pair of skates are going to feel horrible because these are so comfortable!
