I can see that we dispatched it on the same-day as your order on the 27th May, but unfortunately the parcel was held at customs in the UK for a few days for undisclosed reasons. My biggest apologies that this delayed your package. I can see that we sent a different UAE order 2 days ago which has been delivered today, so please be re-assured that there are no wider service issues on this delivery route (yours was simply an unfortunate exception). Great customer service
Bought my first pair of skates from Loco. The skates arrived quicker than expected. I didnt have the right tools to make adjustments to the skates and when I got in contact the person I spoke to went above and beyond to help me. It was really refreshing to speak to an actual human rather than a bot which is what you get when you try contacting large businesses nowadays. Reminds me that you get a much better service buying from a company like Loco. Would definitely recommend.

Usually great but not on this order (L97251), Rollerblade Twisters arrived with marks on toe area of left boot, ordered white wheels for old Seba highs but recieved black wheels and ordered 2 loco drawstring bags but received 1.
