Recently ordered a pair of rollerskates heavily discounted for the black friday, encouraged by the high score here on trustpilot. What to say? I had the most flawless experience, from choosing the right size to payment and delivery, which was incredibly fast considering the distance from the UK and the sluggishness of italian delivery services. I bought a pair of Powerslide Arise SL Black for 360€ instead of an online average of 500, my feet are 262mm long and I got a 42EU size and they fit just right (just for the sake of who may want to buy them as well). I would definitely buy again from locoskates.com

Everything is perfect

Great customer service with quick replies when I needed my delivery location changed (shoutout to Gaston). The shipment was shipped fast and timely. The website is well designed and easy to navigate with lots of stock compared to other sites. I thought American sites might have better stock and prices so I checked American sites to get things shipped there when I go on holiday but Loco Skates had better stock, prices and website. I also have watched nearly all of your Youtube videos which helped tremendously with my decisions as well as simply fun to watch. Keep up the great work lads!

Product as described, very fast shipping

After shopping around between my regular online skate shops, Loco had the lowest price on the wheels I was looking for and I pulled the trigger. My order was placed, shipped, and arrived at my home in Brooklyn faster than my usual American skate shop order. And for roughly the same shipping price and tax as if I was ordering within the states. Plus, unlike my local USPS and UPS, DHL is actually reliable.

Great service generally. Had some questions about returns due to sizing, and the staff replied with their official stance and then some advice to help me overcome the issues I had. I decided to take the advice and try different things and now have no need to return the skates. Will use again for sure!

On one of my recent orders, the bearings I'd bought were actually out of stock. I was given a similar, but more expensive set as a replacement which meant my order wasn't delayed.
