Kudos to Logo app! The app was user friendly, offered many creative and very affordable options. I needed assistance from customers service, they were prompt, courteous and resolved my issue without hesitation. Highly recommended.

This is a scam. You agree to 1.99 but then it signs you up to a subscription without your permission for 35.00 a month. Because they set it as a subscription the bank will not help. They don't email you with any confirmations so that there is no proof of what you agreed.

scammers, initial subscrption 1.99. Then 35 USD, they prey on not checking your bank statements. SCAM.

The product quality was excellent. I only needed a one-off solution and forgot to cancel the subscription before the 7-day trial period ended. As a result, I was charged for a full month subscription. I notified them and without hesitation, they kindly and promptly refunded me. Great service. I would highly recommend them.

Customer support of Logo.app was amazing. Very quick to respond, friendly and helpful with assisting me through my queries.

Brought a logo for a few dollars, and they tried to bill me for a subscription of £27 I had not signed up for, thankfully I had already cancelled that card due to another scam attempt.

Avoid.

I thought I was buying an individual logo for £1.99. A week later my card is charged £27.55 for a "Premium Membership". On their website there is no mention of a Premium Membership or even Premium Features, just a 1.99 trial and an 8.99 unlimited usage plan. Fortunately when I contacted them they cancelled any future payments and said they were refunding me. I wait to see if any money comes back.

I have received every support request from customer support service

I had a minor issue so I placed a support ticket. My message was responded to and resolved within less than 24 hours. Their support team was easy and pleasant to work with.

I paid $2 for logo and then they tried to charge me on several occasions for $35, I blocked the merchant on my bank but they keep trying.

That's a simple scam and it's not the only one treated this way according to the other reviews.

I purchased a logo from Logo.app for $1.99 and explicitly opted out of any subscription. Despite this, the company repeatedly attempted to charge my account $35 on several dates (25th, 28th March, and 2nd April), all of which failed due to insufficient funds

Eventually, on 5th April, $35 was successfully withdrawn – completely without my consent.

I had already contacted their support, who confirmed my subscription had been cancelled and no further charges would be made. Clearly, that was not true.

This feels deceptive. What was presented as a one-time logo purchase turned into an unauthorised subscription with no clear or fair warning. I’ve now had to go through the hassle of chasing a refund and ensuring my account isn’t charged again.

Avoid unless you want to deal with shady billing practices.

I had a great experience using Logo.app. The website is super easy to navigate, and I was able to create high-resolution logos without any hassle.

I was charged a month for browsing the app somehow . So I instantly canceled and was promptly refunded within 5 minutes . I would lime to thank them for being professional

Designing my logo with the help of the many options offered was easy and rewarding.

I did not make any purchases and logo.app just charged my account without letting me know about it.

I never intended to buy anything nor was I notified so they could’ve charged me continuously if I forgot about it.

Currently struggling financially and my situation has gotten worse, won’t be using this ever again.

I had an issue with my account but this was then resolved by Nahuel. He showed excellent customer service and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. Awesome!

I inquired about a refund and not only did they go through with the refund, but their responses were also very quick and professional.

Got promised a $2 deal and $35 later. Incenses me how they think they can man handle your moneym
