Don’t buy a logo. After buying a logo for €1.99 I realised months later they had signed me up to a subscription and were charging €30 a month!! Very sneaky and hard to cancel. I’m really annoyed about this. Don’t use their site. Not transparent

100% generated but if you want to download it you need to give email & credit card details. Personally i wouldn't give it 1 star as logos are pretty basic

Do not give them your credit card. You will regret it. They will sign you up for perpetual, recurring charges without sending any form of communication, confirmation, or invoice. There will be no record of your acceptance. Their business model relies on getting your credit card details and misusing them. Don't give them your money, period.

This app is cool does exactly what it says it does and comes up with some very cool and creative ideas that are perfect for any buissness or business venture you can think of, the best part I've found about this service apart from its amazing Ai creator is the fact that I subscribed by accident and a lovely guy named Nahuel help me rectify the situation and processed a refund quickly, their response to my mistake is the kind of thing that makes a business stand above the rest in its field especially in a world we're situations like this usually mean you fell for a scam, The logo app is one of the ligit ones guys and it's awesome I will be subscribing as soon as I can for future business projects.

If I could rate this company any lower I would. I made a one time purchase and made sure I was not subscribed and I have discovered that I have been charged $35/usd every month for almost two years and at this point they are unwilling to refund me. They are straight up stealing my money directly from my account. I am outraged!

I enjoyed the versatility of the website for making a custom logo for my YouTube channel. There were almost too many options haha The price was very reasonable and I was offered many different download options for my different logo needs.
An unexpected charge ended up on my credit card and a quick email explaining the situation resulted in a very quick response and a refund issued that same day.

Set up a recurring subscription on the sly, without being clear that it wasn't just $1.99 for a logo.

Thankfully my bank caught this and stopped it, but utter scummy and scammy behaviour

Very deceptive practices. Make sure you triple check subscription cancelations as they make it difficult and from what I can remember, I canceled the trial after my first logo. However realized 5 months later they've been taking $50aud per month.

You will get no email notifications only money deducted from your bank account.

Tried to take unauthorised payment days after I completed my purchase. Reported to authorities.

Not going to put alot in here as it is done allready by other reviews. I dont believe this company cares as they dont even respond to the reviews.

Thought I was paying for a single logo, luckily I noticed that they had intentions of taking £35 as a subscription fee.

Same experience as the others - hard avoid. The site makes you think you’ve cancelled after your 1 week trial, but signs you up for a £26pm subscription - zero communication- no confirmation of contract / subscription at all, last email from them was within 7 day trial, saying “hurry you have 48 hours or you lose access ”. Absolute scam

Paid for an individual logo, now i am automatically subscribed at $35 per month. Absolute scammers.

THIS IS A SCAM. Please don’t give your card details. I paid $3 for a simple logo. Originally it had stated free.
Once they had my card details they attempted to debit $35 without my permission. The FRAUD TEAM AT MY BANK contacted thankfully.
They now refuse to delete my card details and have been unresponsive to communication.

Do not use this company
I paid a few ££’sfor a trial logo, before I knew it they were taking $35 a month from my debit card.
I didn’t sign up for anything, no subscription, no email notifications, nothing.
I couldn’t even login any membership/ account details to cancel payment.
My bank has been informed and I have contacted Logo App, but have not had any correspondence from them.
Avoid, avoid, avoid

Started one week promotional subscription.
It will become full price £34.99/month after a week.
I cancelled on day one of promotional week.
Cancellation is tricky. You have to fill up a form, which I did.
Then a pop-up message says "one more step, please check your inbox and click on the link we sent you to cancel subscription". This email NEVER comes. Not in Spam, not in Junk... Never comes even after trying a few times. I've made a big complaint to the customer service. If they do not respond in 24 hours, I'm gonna report them as fraudsters....

Absolute scam! Now I understand that people don't remember to cancel subscription or read the small print sometimes but this was not the case here! Told there was a one-off fee to buy the logo I made, which I happily paid, then they took £35.99 subscription a few days later. The link to get a refund doesn't work, also on scam adviser the company is actively blocking credit card chargeback so people can't get money back

Stole my money- Reported as fraud to my bank and had them blocked. Sent me daily emails until I finally "purchased a one-time fee" for a logo and then BOOM! "errors validating your account" "this email account doesn't exist in our system" etc etc. My bank and I called the phone number listed on the bank record under "vendor" and it goes to a personal line with "a mailbox is full and cannot receive messages" answer. Buyer Beware! Thank God my bank stopped them and won't allow future charges... and NO- I did not receive the download.
They also keep trying to charge me $35 for a “subscription “ I never signed up for.
FRAUDSTERS

Should be zero stars. Total scam! Implies its just a on-off fee for logo but charges you recurring subscription fee. Tried to cancel and said my subscription didn't exist and got no response from customer service. Complete con artists!

One star is generous.
You click on the FREE Logo AP to create a one-off Logo.
Then you get charged $50 without being advised!
Automatically signed up for the premium subscription with no communication.
If they had said it wasnt free, I wouldn't have used it.
No response from Franco - Logo.app or Logo App
