The CSR was incredible and resolved the issue quickly

I signed up thinking it was a one-time $1.99 fee, but was instead charged $35 USD per month without clear disclosure. This is extremely deceptive.

When companies rely on misleading pricing to trap customers, it shows they don’t value trust. Be very careful before signing up — the true cost is hidden.

I’ve requested cancellation and a refund, but I’m very disappointed by this experience.

The online assistant Nahuel, who was very cooperative & helpful, helped me with the refund process after I had been wrongfully billed for 4 months of subscription. He was quick in assisting me & the overall experience was excellent!

They charged me $2 for a logo. then after a while they charged me for $35 subscription unknowingly.

I paid for my logo which was $1.99 and thought that was that. Unknowingly I singed up to their monthly subscription of $30 a month which is ridiculous. I did manage to get a full refund with my banks help to make things worse the logo I purchased isnt comparable to be used on me eccomerse shop as the file is too big. All in all the logo was of good quality but the subscription fees they took without you knowing is morally wrong and unjust. Be careful when paying for a logo on this site.

The company took $1.99 USD for a logo as expected but unknowingly without any option to prevent this, took $35 USD from my account a few days later. There is no option to remove my card on their site and they do not allow you to remove your account. This is blatantly illegal behaviour and I will be contacting their payment provider as it does not seem to be an isolated incident, despite their fake reviews.

I had an issue where I thought I was purchasing a logo, and I actually purchased the monthly subscription. I contacted customer service when I saw the charge on my credit card and they reversed the charge and refunded me immediately. I was extremely surprised, as normally a company allows you to cancel future months, but does not give you a refund. I will definitely continue to use logo.app going forward. As a marketing executive it is a great tool to have, and I'm now extremely impressed with the customer service team.
