This app advertised for the creation of a logo and a charge of 1.99 which was understood.

I was later charged a fee of $35.00 for a subscription I didn't sign up for which they planned to secure as a recurring charge.

I disputed the charge with Card company and had them blocked. I do not recommend that anyone deal with this deceptive company in any way.

Provided my credit card information to purchase a logo. Checked my account and I had been charged. No logo has been received!

No customer service phone number provided. Have sent an email but no response.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR!!!!

i like good design logo

This is obviously a scam. Designed a logo and paid £6 for it and ended up not even using it. Then has £30 randomly taken from my account with no explanationa as to why. I did not sign uo for anything other than a one time logo purchase. Contacted logo.app but also had to contact fraud department at my bank

I was signed up to and charged a premium subscription after 7 days with no information about this on original purchase. Also charged 3x more than the website says. No emails from this company. Tried to cancel via website. Told I'd receive a link by email to complete cancellation. No email received. Tried multiple times. Contacted the support online, no response. The refund URL provided online is a dead page. Have had to report to the fraud department of my bank. Fear this is a scam website. Do not use.

I purchased a logo for my company and it cost me 1.99$ after one we they automatically cut 50$ from card without any notice
I sent them emails for my refund but there is no response and still waiting for there response

I purchased a logo for 1.99$ and was automatically billed a 35$ monthly subscription. This was not clear at all on the purchase page and I never used my membership. I only noticed after two months of billing. I have written to complain about this and request a reimbursement and have not heard back via email and via support on their website. Be careful when adding your card details. I was able to cancel my monthly fee, but can't remove my card details or delete my account.

Loved the ease of creating and downloading the logo. automatically billing a month subscription, while still inside the 7 day trial - not so much

Logo app provided me incredible logos that are useful not just for myself but for my business.

Great app. Good prices. Do be aware that it is a subscription that you do have to cancel if you don’t want. I hadn’t realised and the company refunded me, they were polite and easy to deal with. 100% recommend

I logged in for this service to just get the trial. Forgetting to cancel subscription. These people dont gain anything from me. I asked if I could get a $35.00 refund from the subscription I neglected to cancel. They obliged instantly. Thats professionalism folks!

Great app, great Logo, accidentally sign up for monthly subscription, but after contacting them, got refund promptly, highly recommended

The service. I was unable to use this as I had planned but the support group was helpful and responded immediately.

I cancelled my subscription and the company is still charing me 3 months later. I had to go through my bank to keep issuing a refund. No a very credible company.

The subscription fee is not clear, but the company are very good when it comes to refunds and cancelling unwanted subscriptions!

Designed a simple logo with an icon and text, paid 2$ to export it

A week later I get charged $35. The platform did not make it clear this was going to tie me into a monthly plan.

I was able to create my desired logo for my company, and in doing so I accidentally made a subscription purchase which was very promptly refunded to me.

The logo is easy to make a artful professional style. The customer service team is wonderful.
