Order #35725 placed Feb 9, artwork approved Feb 19. Order still "in production". Emails, phone calls and live chat unanswered for over two weeks. I've now had to send a Letter of Demand requesting confirmation of delivery before March 20 or a refund.

This company is the most convoluted and dishonest company I think I've ever dealt with I ordered 5 ladies t shirts and very easily added and paid for an extra one but then the nightmare began I provided a specific date for these leaving some leeway and the last week and a half have gone back and forth with a chat bot that promises information and updates and gives you nothing they say they are looking for you and the chat closes itself and you start again with the same generic answers I even escalated this and was promised an email with some direct resolution and nope absolutely nothing I explained multiple times these shirts are for a weekend away with my friend that has terminal cancer and are a integral part of a planned weekend especially for her .. doesn't matter to them just more generic brush off answers
You can't call the number as it just rings out and they have some shady response that its a fault on their end as if thats a go to response I could have ordered these from overseas and already have them but decided to go with an Melbourne Australian based company which I am now doubting

TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
We ordered over $800 worth of workwear early Feb and there has been no progression of this order since then, no actual person will speak to you, the phone does not answer, the online chat says is human but clearly AI. I have reported this to the ACCC.

Order a black polo on the 8/2/2026 advised ETA was the 17/02/2026 they would not accept my image so i paid the extra $15 which is fine and the design is good 3 days after that they tell me black polo is out of stock and only blue is avaible i told that no than they tried in a synthetic i said no it is the 2/3 with no ETA or update.

Just received my shirts for my gardening business and I am extremely impressed. Once I had approved a mock design it did seem like a long wait for my shirts to arrive but perfection takes time and was very much worth the wait. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
So hard to deal with them, I tried to talk to someone, but kept on getting a bot.
They told me they were out of stock of items for half the order and then I cancelled the order, as they would not start the order until they had the other items in stock.
They have not refunded me and now have the items in stock, too late for the date that I needed them.

Steer clear. It's like the business is non-existent/scam.

I cannot contact them regarding an order that remains 'in production'. The google reviews listed on their site are not true. The telephone number rings out. Definitely an online scam. And if not a scam, the service is so terrible that I would suggest you avoid.

Absolute SCAM! do not use this company. Waste of mon ery. Poor product, can on ly contact via text that is responded to in about 24 hours. Non responsive to details. Shop elsewhere. Paid for express post and came two weeks late.

I placed my order was confirmed on 24 Jan 2026, but the actual t-shirts completion was on 24 Fab 2026. almost one month. not to mention I had received an email from Logoed that my order was about to be posted 2 weeks after the order confirmation.

My client was unhappy, for that long delay.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. No updates 2 weeks after ordering, no replies to emails, they never answer their phone (probably an unmonitored line), their online chat is AI bots only - they've simply taken my money. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them. ABN doesn't match their operating business. I have already lodged a full refund with PayPal.

Absolute scam of a company - Avoid at all costs! I paid extra to have my logo re-drawn, they did a terrible job and I can't even use the logo again on other merch. No communication, you cant phone them and they won't reply to emails and when you do get them on the live chat they just keep telling you the order is being processed. I complained to paypal and thankfully got a refund. DO NOT USE

I had an order of 6 hoodies, 4 of which were printed incorrectly. They refused to fix 3 of them and only agreed to fix 1, on which they had printed 2 seperate designs on 1 hoodie, however never actually sent me a replacement. I have sent numerous follow ups and heard nothing back. It's now been 6 months...
Very disappointing and will not be buying again.

Ordered on 3 Feb with promised delivery by 15 Feb. No item received. Phone number is non-functional and only goes to a fax tone. Live chat repeatedly says “in production” with no tracking or proof of dispatch. I have opened a PayPal dispute. Posting to warn others.

Quick to send you reminders that your orders in the cart but when you follow up on where your order is, you don't get a response.

1 month in and still don't have my order.

Do not trust this website, and do not order from them.
I placed my order on 19th Jan. They immediately rejected my artwork and wanted $15 per design (3 in total) to fix it. I fixed it myself and resubmitted the designs which were accepted, and my t-shirts (9 in total) were sent to production, with an online chat telling me they would be dispatched within the week.
That was 2 weeks ago and the job is still "in production", and i cannot get a response from the company. I have called, all i get is an automated message and then it rings out. I have emailed, they do not reply, and i have updated the online chat and they do not reply. I even called a mobile number that I got a txt from when the artwork wasn't accepted, and the number is disconnected.

I have been scammed and don't want others to fall for this too.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

if I could give ZERO stars they would get it. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ordered on 13/01 and my order is still in production for 2 shirts! And I paid $98. Ripoff and you will be left in the dark with no responses other than “we will notify when your order is being shipped”. Read reviews and do not waste your time and money

I had a fantastic experience ordering custom t-shirts with my company logo. The service was professional and friendly, with great support at every step of the order. Everything was very well organized, the delivery was quick, and the final product exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality and attention to detail, I would definitely order again.

Even with the bad rating they have i thought I will give them a shot...Bad decision...No response after incorrect order was sent, been chasing for 2 months and no one responds. Finally they respond and tell me its "Standard Industry practise" to get the design slightly incorrect even after you have specifically approved a certain mockup ...so basically they can double the size without client approval. They also have false advertising for 4.9 google rating when their google business profile page doesn't even exist/cant be found. Scam, beware, use at your own risk.
