I purchased Lohause glasses for my son. They were too narrow for his face so we had to return them. I followed company guidelines to return back from London. I returned them Jan 8, 2026. It is April 23 and I have still not received my refund and have subsequently been unable to process a customs refund. I have written in countless times patiently asking them to check the status of the return which is clearly an issue between Lohause and their courier/warehouse. I have been dismissively told to wait, going on four months. For this price range Lohause makes it way too complicated to get your money back if the product doesn’t fit.

My experience has been very poor. They gave me one set of information by email and then contradicted it several times. Unfortunately, I fell for it once, but I will not buy from them again.

I recently bought a pair of Lohause Spike Belgravia (green frame, yellow temples), and after wearing them at work for a week, I can say they’ve exceeded my expectations. Every single day for the past week, I get between four and seven compliments from colleagues and even people I don’t know well.

Some people specifically mention the model, while most are drawn to the color combination. It’s rare to find glasses that not only feel comfortable but also get this much positive attention.

Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something a different and ballsy.

Very happy with the Andy Scotch sunglasses I received. The color frame and pattern on these sunglasses are hard to find. The frames are sturdy and solid, and the CR39 lenses provide a crisp vision. There was initially a mix-up with the shipper. Steve F. responded to my email promptly and had a second pair shipped right away. I would purchase sunglasses from lohouse again.

Steve F. From customer service was exceptional. Gave a quick response even though I was texting every day. He was very helpful. Love the glasses. I ordered two pairs and am returning one, which The company makes very easy. I would highly recommended them.

I have very good experience with the company Lohause, especially with their customer-oriented approach. I ordered two frames and I am very satisfied with their quality. I also needed to exchange one frame for a larger size, and once again everything was handled very quickly and fairly on Lohause’s side. I’m glad there are still companies that truly care about their customers and offer quality products, and above all excellent service. Thank you for this experience.

Ordered a pair of new glasses from Lohause after following them on Instagram for a while. Ordering process easy and glasses arrived swiftly. However, DHL requested a substantial Customs payment (£111) before delivery could be made (no mention of this is made on the Lohause website) - however I was prepared for this after it was highlighted by other UK reviewers on line (Brexit...!). The quality of the frames that arrived was excellent - loved them - however the lenses less so as I could not readily read with them. I raised this with Lohause who responded immediately stating that, if there was an error in the manufacture, they would replace the glasses immediately. I had first however to go to my local optician and have the lenses tested to see if they met the prescription I had sent through to Lohause. This revealed the lenses had not been made correctly. Lohause promptly sent details for the (free) return of the faulty pair whilst manufacturing a new pair which was quickly despatched. These arrived and were totally perfect. I was again charged the customs fee (which seems unavoidable) but Lohasue quickly refunded this without question. So why 4 stars? First, the (correct ) glasses I now have are fantastic, and the customer service (Steve - you know who you area...) throughout in dealing with the initial incorrect lenses was exemplary. And even with the customs charges, the glasses seem very good value compared to others I have bought in the past,

These are positively wonderful eyeglasses. They are jarringly distinctive while also being perfectly comfortable and functional, and the build quality is superb. Just holding them in my hand gives a sense of substance that far exceeds my older glasses, even those from some of the most lauded brands in the world! I wear these everywhere, I receive compliments on them constantly, and their service was brisk and smooth all the way. Totally happy and strongly considering another pair.

The process to obtain my new glasses was very easy. I was kept informed on the status of my glasses and when I would receive them. When I got them the quality was definitely noticeable. And when I wear them people notice that they are really different and classic. I know I'll purchase another pair in the future.

A year later, I made another purchase of Lohouse glasses and can confirm the satisfaction with both frames. The quality of the material and hinges is impeccable. The DHL shipping service is always reliable and fast. Zeiss lenses are renowned for their high quality. I’m definitely planning to buy a new frame soon!

Although I admit it is risky to order reading glasses online, ordering from Lohause is something I would never regret. Not only because the glasses themselves were exacly as promised, but also becuase of the professionalism of the whole experience. Excellent quality as a product (the glasses immediatelly became my favourite every day glasses) coupled byexcellent service! Highly reccomended!

I bought a pair of glasses from **Lohouse** as a gift for my father, and I’m very happy with the purchase. The product is **excellent**, with **very high quality** materials and finishes. The design looks great, and my dad looks **modern and stylish** wearing them.

The only thing to keep in mind is shipping to Latin America, it can take a bit longer. In my case, for delivery to **Cali, Colombia**, I had to pay an additional **customs/import fee** before the package was released. That may vary by country, but it happened in my case.

Overall, very good experience with the brand and a great product. I would definitely recommend Lohouse, just keep shipping times and possible import fees in mind.

Nice glasses quick delivery and a good support

This is a scam! Stay far far away. The frames will arrive late and when you send them back they make it very hard to get your refund. I sent them back over 8 weeks ago and no refund yet. It all smells scam.

A very wonderful experience and this is the second time I have dealt with them. Their customer service is excellent. There is one point that changed in the second product when worn in the bridge area between the lenses of the glasses, it is sharp on the nose and the angles of the bridge, and this was not present in the first glasses even though both are the same type (The Allen). The brown color is not so sharp on the bridge on the nose, unlike the black one, which is so sharp on the nose that it forms a mark on the nose.

Since I could not decide which frame I found more beautiful, I ordered two of the same design (Winston), one in tortoise, one in black. They proved so beautiful and sturdy that I kept them both and had them fitted with really weak lenses for reading. All went very well - except the delivery, but that has dfinitely not been Lohause's fault. The spectacles are light weight and are very comfortable. Seeing them my wife felt the urge to get a pair for herself, and she is as happy as I am.

I have noticed a growing number of negative comments and ratings, but I am unable to see anything wrong with the enterprise.
