No.refund given
Ordered an item which didn't suit. Returned within 14 day window but didn't hear anything from company. Had to email twice to see if they had received my items and eventually they confirmed they did and would refund. I returned item on 8th June and still have not received my refund of £85. A further payment has now been taken and still no refund. Would not recommend.

Responds , so I googled the address on companies house , paid over £10 to return special tracked delivery, the clothes are nothing more than shein , customer service is shocking. They come in cheap plastic bags , and look horrible

Quality of the product was so cheap and not worth the money they charge, so it was sent straight back on the 04/06 still not had my money back. Emailed and had no response. Within this time i have sent 2 items back to different companys they have been processed and refunded. Disgusting
Update - the refund hasnt even been processed even though i requested the refund on the 31st may and had a ‘automated’ email to say my refund was being processed this company is a SCAM avoid them at all costs

Placed an order for next day delivery came 6 days later, I ordered a jumpsuit from them and it has come and strings are visibly shorter than on their posts wouldn’t reccomend at all! Customer service is awful
Worst Company
Worst Company, returned items 2 weeks ago, emailed 5 times and just received automated message. Sent proof of return but still not acknowledged message. if I don't get response by end of today then contacting bank and Trading Standards
No refund for close to a month
Ordered a set that was unfortunately too small for me, so I ended up sending it back. Lola Rae received my parcel on the 22nd May, it is now the 11th June and still not received my refund. They didn't bother processing my refund until 10 days after they received it (3rd June) and it says that it takes up to 5 business days for the money to come back into my account, its been 6. Honestly such an awful experience, would never buy from here again, as they're yet to refund my £89.
Update 12th June:
So they clearly lied about refunding my order because I’ve just got a notification from the ‘shop’ app that the set is being refunded.

Made a complaint to this company regarding an order via email on 15/4 was told someone would get back to me …. Received an email 21/5 asking what my original complaint was as it had been passed to them (the owner) seems they like to pass the buck but not actually address a complaint
Looks good but poor quality
Some of the stuff is nice. But over priced. The quality is pretty poor. I would expect to be paying £20 for a skirt that they are charging £70 for.

Approach with extreme caution
Approach with extreme caution. The clothes are nice but the sizes are all over the place I ordered last year and the outfit was far too small so I returned it right away and had to chase a refund for 6 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again this time with the bigger size following my last experience and it’s huge. I emailed for a return and they replied after 6 days saying I could return if they received it the next day. Obviously not going to happen now. Won’t use again they are hopeless

Terrible company I ordered from here and returned the item as it didn’t fit me and they have said they won’t refund me as the items are stained which they definitely wasn’t! They have said I have to pay for them to be returned back to me or they will dispose of them would never order from them again.

Don’t waste your money on this company. They DO NOT REFUND YOU. Infact they LIE and say it’s been refunded and then when you ask for the refund details to be sent to you so you can get your bank to trace the refund they IGNORE YOU!!!

I returned an online order within the required timeframe and the items were received back quickly and in perfect condition. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund as they state in their store policy that sale items are only eligible for a credit note. I explained multiple times that for online purchases, a refund to the original payment method is a legal requirement and store policies do not override this, however, this was continuously ignored.
I requested for this to be escalated and received no acknowledgement of this. Instead, I received an email confirming a credit note would be issued, with no actual response to the points I had raised.
Their returns policy also states that the return window starts from dispatch and that items must physically be back with them within 14 days, which leaves almost no allowance for delivery or return delays (also not appearing to comply with consumer law).
After multiple attempts to resolve this directly, I had no option but to escalate the matter through my card provider as a refund refusal. My bank ultimately refunded me and I heard absolutely nothing from the shop themselves.
Such a shame, as I always prefer supporting smaller independent businesses, but this was a very frustrating experience for what should have been a straightforward return process.

I received a dress with visible fabric faults (laddering), which significantly affects the quality and appearance of the item.
I contacted the company immediately on Saturday and followed up multiple times via email and Instagram. I was finally told on Wednesday via instagram that I would receive a response that same day via email, but it is now Friday and I have still not received any update.
This has been particularly frustrating as I explained that I am going on holiday next week and needed an urgent resolution, either a replacement or a refund. Despite making this clear, there has been no follow-through or communication.
Very disappointing experience — both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

They break all online trading standards my items were returned over a month again and they completely ignored me
As previously mentioned, we have taken over and initiated the investigation of the dispute. We contacted the merchant regarding your return request and as we have not received a response from them the dispute was closed in your favor. The statement has been reversed and the invoice is no longer active.
