MISSING REFUNDS
MISSING REFUNDS! Awful customer service. Sent back two orders (71519 & 71235) both returns were received/accepted on September 13. It’s now October 6th. I’ve emailed twice and been ignored. No money received, no communication, clearly not interested in repeat business!

Terrible customer service with this…
Terrible customer service with this company - I returned items over 2 weeks ago having difficulties with their team over email from the get go(not responding) on the 17th September they sent an email to say my return has been received but only for one order when I returned 2 in the same parcel. I then emailed to chase this up and they’re asking me for my tracking number as they now can’t locate it ?? This is absolutely ridiculous and appalling service. I expect my money to be refund and my emails to be responded to. It’s sad really that you have all influencers promoting your items yet you treat customers so terribly. Refund my orders !!!

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience and understand your frustration.
To clarify, returns can take up to 14 working days to process once received. Your first return was logged on 17th September, so this falls within the processing timeframe. As a gesture of goodwill, we have already issued the refund for this return.
Regarding the second order, our system currently only shows one return as received. While you have advised that both orders were sent in the same parcel, we have no record of the second order being received, which is why our team requested the tracking information.
Our returns system is automated and cannot recognise multiple orders in one parcel unless this has been agreed with our team beforehand.
I have asked our team to reach out directly to investigate the second order and see how we can help resolve this.
We’re sorry again for the frustration caused.

Horrendous experience with Koko Bay
Horrendous experience with Koko Bay. Purchased a dress standard delivery. It never arrived. Eventually I approached Evri who advised me that they had received the parcel but the address had been printed incorrectly, so they had returned the parcel to Koko Bay. I emailed Koko Bay directly enclosing a screenshot of this email. Not expecting there to be any difficulties, I reordered the dress with express delivery (as I was going away) - the dress arrived but was hugely oversized and required returning. Koko Bay replied to me (eventually) regarding the first order stating they sent the parcel and shouldn’t be liable for refund. After a few back and forths, they were saying they would not refund me until they received the item back. This was extremely frustrating given that I never received the item in the first place, and it was clear it was lost. The service I received was terrible and quite rude. Eventually, and only after threat of pursuing matters further, did I receive a refund for the item that I never received (several weeks after first contact). However, in the background, the dress I did receive and return was not refunded to me. I received an email confirmation from Koko Bay saying that the return had been delivered to them successfully and i would receive a refund. No refund came. I chased this up and was told I would receive a refund notification. Eventually, one came, but refunding the delivery cost only and not the cost of the dress? Eventually got refunded after some chasing. Extremely disappointed and horrendous experience. Would never recommend and have no intention of ordering from them again.

We must follow a process whereby Evri confirms to us when a parcel is lost. At the time, Evri had not provided this confirmation, so we were waiting for their confirmation before proceeding. Once this was confirmed, we issued the full refund without waiting to physically receive the parcel back.
There was also some confusion regarding the second order. From the email correspondence, the team understood that you were requesting a refund for the original order, as well as the express delivery charge on the replacement order. Both were actioned accordingly.
Your return from the second order has now been received and processed, and the full refund has been issued as part of our normal returns process.
We apologise for any confusion caused and appreciate your patience.

I honestly couldn’t be more grateful to Koko Bay for the amazing customer service I received. I made a mistake when selecting my shipping option, and I was worried that it might mean my parcel wouldn’t arrive in time for my holiday. However, Koko Bay were absolutely brilliant and sorted everything out for me straight away, even upgrading my shipping option to make sure I wouldn’t be left disappointed.
They kept me reassured and informed throughout, and the fact that they went above and beyond to help me at the weekend really meant a lot.
It’s such a relief knowing my parcel should now arrive in time for my holiday, and I genuinely can’t thank Koko Bay enough for being so helpful, understanding and responsive.

Ran out of Stock after they told me my item was dispatched
I purchased an item online, my payment was accepted and my order was confirmed. A few days later I got confirmation via email that my item was ready to be dispatched. I then received an email saying that they were out of stock and had to cancel my order. When I purchased the item via the website, it said that they had ample stock, in every size. I find it difficult to believe that they ran out of stock. They then let me know that I could wait for a couple of days until they restock, I asked them for an estimated date to which they replied ‘we don’t have any dates yet for when the item will be restocked’ which was entirely misleading. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

The dispatch email is sent automatically when a shipping label is printed, ready for the parcel to be packed and sent. Our team would have then identified that the item was unavailable and contacted you to let you know.
At the time, the team did not have a confirmed restock date, so we were unable to provide an estimated date.

Best bikini I’ve ever tried
