Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience with koko bay, I wouldn't recommend.
I ordered the Mocha wide strap bikini and online it was exactly what I wanted. Upon arrival I could see the colour was nothing like the website images, it was a much darker brown more chocolate than the mocha shown in the pictures.
I ordered a size 8 which usually fits me in bikini sizing, this was far far smaller... unwearable out to be quite honest. The model (who has a larger bust than myself) is said to be wearing a size 6, but had much more coverage than the the bikini I was sent.
Not only did I pay for delivery, but I had to also pay for returns. All this because they didn't upload images that reflect the product. Please be weary with the catfish images.

We can confirm the item and model sizing are the same as shown on our website, however fit can vary on everyone as every body is different. Bikini sizing also isn’t always linear as it isn’t based on cup sizes, so it can fit differently from person to person.

Placed 2 orders back in December 2025…
Placed 2 orders back in December 2025 and returned them within the refund time frame and paid extra for tracked delivery. I followed up in January and was asked for the order numbers as they had processed everything they had received, I was going back and forth with Martha for weeks providing order numbers, proof of sending and also proof of delivery via Royal mail (I sent them back on 19th December and they arrived 22nd December after being signed for and a picture uploaded!!)
Martha eventually stopped responding to me by email and I was reaching out via Instagram as well to customer service. No one to this day has responded to me and I've had to escalate via klarna because they have over £300 of my money!!
Absolute scammers, don't place orders with these people. I won't be stopping until I'm refunded what I'm owed.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I returned a bikini and they claim the bottoms were not returnable (even though I hadn’t tried them on and they’re brand new), without warning they then returned them to an incorrect address so I’ve never received them back and I’m now out of pocket. You have to keep chasing them for replies to your emails too. Return process is rubbish and they’ll likely just keep your money.
