Very good quality chocolate & raspberry cake. Fresh and tasty, without being too sweet

Ordered a birthday cake and it looked exactly as we hoped and tasted delicious! Good value for a bespoke cake and the reassurance that you know the quality and taste will be fabulous as it is Lola's! Easy to order and pick up was straight forward. I will order all our birthday cakes from Lola's in future.

My first time ordering a cake from Lola cupcake , I ordered the red velvet cake for my sons birthday, it was beautiful, cake was fresh, soft , fluffy, icing not too sweet, all my guests loved it. I’ll be buying more cakes from Lola cupcake, thank you to the Ealing Broadway staff 💕💕

The cake was not as nice very dry and not moist and soft as the usual standard the buttercream sandwiched together wasn’t much and did not have much taste which was a shame as most Lola cakes are divine in texture and taste and the decorative design was very nice and festive.

The service was exceptional. Very pleased with the quality service received. The cake was carefully delivered on time. I was kept updated throughout. My son thoroughly enjoyed his Birthday cake.

Chocolate Haven, it is always the choice for special occasions as it is an absolute delight!
Rich chocolate sponge and filling and decadent chocolate topping. For me, the best of them all. Use to have a contestant, macadamia nut and caramel cake, that was, unfortunately discontinued.

I ordered a chocolate cake from Lola’s Cupcakes and it was absolutely delicious. The sponge was rich, moist, and stayed fresh for four days. The decoration was beautiful — we chose a Frozen theme, and they delivered it perfectly with amazing detail. Everyone loved it, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Delicious birthday cake. Excellent service at the Lola's shop in Ealing.

We placed an order for a cake and cupcakes in advance for our gender reveal party. This was a very important day for us, and we were expecting everything to go smoothly. However, when we arrived to pick up our order, we were informed that the cupcakes had spoiled and that a new batch would be ready in an hour. At the same time, we were assured that the cake was in good condition.

After waiting for an hour, we received the cupcakes as well as the cake. Unfortunately, the cake was also completely spoiled — the discoloration inside was clearly visible. This not only ruined the quality of the order but also destroyed the entire experience and the surprise we had planned for this special moment.

We are extremely disappointed and expect an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the ruined event.
