Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Fantastic service from Jen and Anaya at Lola’s Brent Cross!
I would like to leave a wonderful review for Jen and Anaya for their outstanding service. From the moment I placed the order, they were so helpful and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautifully made for my daughter’s leaving party.
Thank you both for making the experience so smooth and special. I would highly recommend Lola’s Brent Cross!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback about your recent order with us.
It is great to hear that our Gluten Free Vegan Fudge cake tasted great and we are sorry to hear that you found the cake to be too crumbly.

Love the cakes from lola, on time and as good as ever everytime. The online order process is simple and they cater to personalisation. The customer service at pick up could be better ( BrentCross for me) otherwise a perfect 9 for me.

Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent order with us.
I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed that your cake came with no birthday message.
After checking the order details, the cake was made exactly to the specifications received, and unfortunately no personalised birthday message was added to the order. Messages can be added in the personalisation section on the product page before adding the item to the basket.
If you would like to discuss your feedback with us any further please do not hesitate to contact us directly at hello@lolascupcakes.com.
Best wishes,

Ordered a cake from Lola's Brentcross it was a fresh cream cake unfortunately had some feed back that it was too dense and over creamed. Just left feedback with customer service, they took the advise and said they would pass the message to the store for further orders. Unfortunately will not be ordering from Lolas again.
