Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Quality as always
As always, it was easy to order the cake and pick it up at my chosen location. The cake itself was delicious, fresh and moist - the office devoured the whole thing before the end of the day.

Highly recommend online order and delivery
Beautiful, tasty cupcakes! Thank you! It was a very easy a smooth process to select and place an order with you. I chose Lola’s cupcakes purely from the products available, reviews, and ease of website as I am from Australia and order them to be delivered to my son who’s on a working holiday in London. He loved them and everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Lovely & reliable
I ordered a Victoria sponge for collection and and the cake looked absolutely beautfiul. I myself couldn't eat it as I'm gluten free but the feedback from everyone was very positive. (The cake was for someone's leaving do.) I'll be trying the GF chocolate and raspberry cake soon enough though!
Everything went smoothly with the collection itself as well.
