Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

I ordered a astronaut cake in chocolate flavour. The outlook design was absolutely beautiful however, I was really disappointed with the taste. The cake had a burnt flavour, which made it unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, none of us enjoyed it.

Thank you for your feedback.
We're truly sorry to hear that the taste of the chocolate cake did not meet your expectations and that you found it to have a burnt flavor.
Our cakes are always prepared fresh using high quality ingredients to ensure the best experience and it does not sound up to our standers.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
I will be in touch shortly via email to discuss this in more detail.
