Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Antwoord van Lola's - Lola's Selfridges London
Hello Pierpaolo,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your experience with Lola's.
We are sorry to hear that you found the prices for our cupcakes to be too high.
We take great care in offering fresh, hand crafted treats using high quality ingredients to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Our team also seeks to always offer a competitive price point for the quality and experience we offer, but our prices occasionally need to change to reflect the increasing price of the high quality ingredients that we source and other costs that are part of our operation to provide fresh and delicious hand crafted treats for our customers baked every day.
I will be sure to log this feedback here with the relevant teams for further review and we again greatly appreciate you taking your time to share this with us.
If there is anything further that you would like to discuss with our team you can always reach us directly at hello@lolascupcakes.com.

Lovely cakes
Lovely cakes. Tried the mini-vegan cupcakes and non-vegan chocolate raspberry bday cake. Added a photo to the bday cake and it looked very cute. All yummy.
Many thanks.
Just make sure to keep the mini- cupcakes box very straight as they can move around with slight movements of the box.

I got a cake for my birthday and of course it had to be the most chocolatey one my eyes could see. It was heavenly, just like its name. I absolutely love Lola's. I am a fan and a customer since 2011 and it remains my favourite treat. Keep making those delicious cupcakes and cakes and I will stay an avid fan forever.
