Excellent - quick and easy pick-up with good communication. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious, and I think it was good value, too.

Oh as usual my cake was superb.When I go to pick up at the walthamstow mall..the sales girl was very helpful and gave me all the detail to sign in which I didn't know thanks to her...as for the cakes all the families loves it

I bought a chocolate flavoured unicorn cake for my 4 year old daughter I paid over £40 for it.

It was absolutely awful hard and very dry. I had to give it back and to my disappointment Lola’s customer service is absolutely terrible they clearly saw that most of the cake was returned but refused to give me my money back and were only happy to offer me a replacement cake or a gift voucher.

I will not be buying from them again they are a terrible company with very poor can’t service skills I sent many emails that went back and forth a waste of my life

Great experience, the cake was exactly like the picture for my son's 2nd birthday, packaged perfectly so it didn't mess up. The lovely staff called and waited a few minutes as I was stuck in traffic would 100% Recommend it.

The Ref Velvet cake was delivered ahead of time, which was good. The cake was packaged nicely and was well presented within its box. The flavour and consistency were excellent. Everyone really enjoyed it! Thanks Lola’s Cupcakes!!

I ordered a birthday cake online for my 6-year-old twins. The choice was good (I went for a mermaid theme), clearly laid out with options easy to discern and choose e.g chocolate . I picked it up at a locajron not far from me and it was packaged and easy for me to carry in a large bag. The servers at 17 & Central branch of Lola’s were great. I think the price was reasonable too.

Cake great as usual, easy to order and collect. Would definitely recommend, especially the red velvet, delicious!!!

This cake was a congratulations on your engagement cake for my sister and brother in law. The cake was absolutely gorgeous, the hand piped message was beautifully written and the taste of the cake was phenomenal, it was rich, moist, creamy and 100% fresh.
Thankyou lola's cupcakes for making this occasion all the more special. This isn't the first time i have ordered from here and it certainly will not be the last!

Delicious cakes and hassle free!

My cake was moist, delicious and ample. I decided to celebrate my birthday at short notice. Choosing my cake was simple from Lolas website. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Five stars all the way!!!

Assistant was very helpful when I placed my order. The cake was ready for collection on day in question. A lovely bag was provided which made transporting the cake very easy, as it was not moving about in the bag. More importantly the cake was lovely. It was a 60th gift for a friend and she loved it. The cake was dense, but not not dry. I was really impressed. Would definitely order from Lola again.
