Size of the Coat I ordered was ridiculously small, and I didn't realise everything is shipped from China no British based location, and to return it they make you jump through hoops and with the expense added in I am not convinced of ever receiving a refund it quotes 16 weeks really !!!!. Very misleading organization in my opinion good money completely gone to waste got caught with the 5 Star Trustpilot symbol on the site, should have checked as that's clearly not correct.

I bought an item and what turned up is literally NOTHING like what was advertised. I now need to return it to China at my own cost. What a bunch of conmen. Avoid.

Absolute disgrace, please contact your bank or credit card company if you buy from these , to get your money back they are criminals

Item i bought is a disgrace. A blantant scam. Returns need to be sent back to China. Avoid at all costs, better off just burning money.

Item is shockingly awful quality. The sort of thing you might have got down the market about 30 years ago. The fact this is advertised as RRP £115 and reduced to £60. I wouldn't pay £10 for this. And how they claim to have 5 stars on Trustpilot is clearly a complete lie. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs!! awful quality, nothing like what I ordered and making it deliberately impossible to return! Wish I could post pictures of it. Their website says it gets 5 stars on Trustpilot so not sure Trustpilot is worth having

If it was possible I would give no stars.
Purchased a coat at £80 for my husband. Waited quite some time on it coming to find that it was of poor quality and incorrect sizing.
I have tried to arrange a return. A return is costing me £50!! Customer Services are very poor & unwilling to help me with a refund. Safe to say I will NEVER buy from this website again and would advise others to do the same! This is not based in London but China.

The jacket did arrive from China eventually…very poor quality & not like advertised. Despite many emails there has been no response for my refund request. Avoid this company at all costs, they are scammers!

Received a jacket which cost £90 but was too small. Sent back at my own cost of £21 with requested information and tracking number but still not received refund. Emailed several times chasing and they say not received even though i am proving it has been delivered this via Royal Mail tracking. How is this allowed ?

DISASTER -Same as everyone else. Two jumpers ordered for £79. I read reviews a few hours after ordering and tried to cancel, this request was ignored. Finally got some Polyester utter rubbish today which bore no resemblance to the advertised product. I have reported it to Amex and trying to get a refund. AVOID. Shameless Chinese scam.

Fake company, as the other reviews say. Advertising through Facebook. Bought a jacket for £80 no chance of a refund. Poorly made, bad quality.

Obviously a scam website giving misleading impression that it’s a London UK business when it’s actually a Chinese company. Coat sizes are terrible . Large is more like a young teenagers size . Applied for refund and wants buyer to return to China at customer cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sadly I had the same experience as others. Took 4 weeks to arrive, when it arrived in a dodgy looking parcel the top looked absolutely nothing like the one on the model. It was shiny rather than a knitted jumper and a print that looked cheap. Avoid at all costs.

And why is trust pilot allowing such a company to promote a 4.5 star rating on their website which is obviously not the case…..

Bought a jacket from what appeared to be a London Company TWO MONTHS AGO but what I received did not fit and I was asked to return to an address in CHINA. The Carrier confirmed delivery to Chinese customs who wont release until receiving company provide an invoice. London Fashion say Chinese company must take action and they have no control over them. SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘This compnay is based in China, NOT in London. Don't be deceived by the website. It takes a very long time, (from 4 weeks) to produce your order and deliver from China. They most likely will produce a poor copy of the displayed Jackets. Customer service takes ages to reply if you want to follow-up or return. They will give you ridiculous or near impossible directives to comply with, and also a return address in China. Check on Trust Pilot website for very ugly reviews from their recent customers. Even PayPal will not be willing to help you get your money back once you make payment. Think deeply before you purchase.
